11. Engage in nothingness

The 84,000 Dharmas taught by the Buddha generally refer to all practice methods, but these are all conditioned Dharmas.Whether you are chanting mantras, chanting Buddha, meditating on koans, or meditating, reciting sutras, worshiping Buddha, doing good deeds, giving, and seeking blessings, they are all convenient methods and conditioned methods.It's not that these methods are not important.These methods are very important, just like when we grow up from childhood to adulthood, we need to have a lot of toys for us to play with.If you don’t have these toys, you will cry, quarrel, and make noise and will not be easy to calm down.But you have to know!These toys are all designed to prevent you from having to play with these toys, and these toys are just to help you grow!By the same token, all conditioned laws should help you to come to the inactionary laws;All kinds of methods of practice are to make you come to practice without having to practice!So don’t always stick to the active law.You must know!It is just a tool to help us grow and cross the river. Don’t always be attached to that Dharma.Therefore, the Diamond Sutra should be unwilling to preach the Dharma, let alone the illegal ones.This tells you that you must let go of the conditioned Dharma so that you can reach the other shore of Nirvana!

But this does not mean that after you let go of the conditioned Dharma, you will practice nothing or do nothing, and then you will enter Nirvana and be liberated and free.Not necessarily!There is an important key here, that is, you must enter into inaction!This inaction is different from the general inaction that does not practice, is lazy, and is confused.So don't misunderstand it!You must know!All conditioned laws are to allow us to enter into inaction.And this inaction is a key point that you can slowly experience.

When you want to go to sleep and use various methods, the more you use the methods, the less likely you will fall asleep!If you have poor sleep, you can use a way to calm your mind, but before going to bed, you still have to let go of that method before you can fall asleep.Including sleep, it also belongs to the law of inaction. If you want to enter sleep, it is also inaction!If you are still chanting mantras, chanting Buddha, or using other methods, you always hope that you will fall asleep quickly;Always silenced to fall asleep;I keep forcing myself to fall asleep. The more you work harder and harder you work, the more you will be unable to sleep!Therefore, all kinds of conditioned dharmas just calm your mind, and then you have to let go.When you let go completely, you can fall asleep by entering into inaction.Including when you are about to wake up in the morning, this waking up is also a way to do nothing!Do you still have to use various methods to wake yourself up when you wake up?The alarm clock is helping us wake up.That's right!But that is some external method, which helps us to schedule.In fact, if you want to wake up by yourself, it will naturally wake up when the time comes and the cause and condition comes. Your self-consciousness will not work for waking up.If you want to wake up, it will wake up when the cause and condition comes.So, waking up is also inaction!Everyone must slowly understand this. If you want to see the Dharma and dissolve it into the Dharma flow, you must use the Dharma method!

As long as you have yourself, you will not be able to experience the law of inaction.If you have self, it will definitely use up all kinds of active laws;I will definitely hold on to all kinds of active methods.As long as you still hold on to various conditioned dharmas, you will not be able to see the Dharma of nature, nor will you see the nature of this Dharma!Because if you are still using the active law, you will still be closed and locked in the world covered with the golden bell of your own.In this way, if you use your self to see the Dharma, what you see is what you want, and you cannot see the Dharma of nature.Only you can remove the golden bell cover;Only by letting go of those active and self-righteous flow of nature will it naturally appear as if it were natural and true.When you remove the golden bell cover, the flow of nature's Dharma flow will naturally flow through your empty body and mind;When you are not empty, the flow of nature's Dharma flow cannot travel through or into your heart!So inaction is to let go of all kinds of ways, just stay awake and awake.Remember!You just live in the present moment with conscious awareness.

After the first step of consciousness is developed;Next, it is to stay awake and live in the present.Then we must perform the dual movement of cessation and observation.This view is not about deliberate imagination and creation by oneself, nor is it about those!This view is to let the flow of nature's Dharma flow through, and you just observe it truthfully;To understand it truthfully;Be aware of and aware of the true nature of all things.That's all.So in this view, you should not fall into the self's visualization and imagination again, and visualize what you visualize.Visualize the illusions you want in your mind, they are all fantasies created by yourself.The view mentioned here is about entering intuition.Remember!True viewing is selfless, it is to enter intuition, your mind is empty, and you do not use various methods, just maintain a clear awareness, so that the flow of nature's Dharma flow naturally flows through and naturally appears.When your mind enters intuition, that is enlightenment!Use a mind that is free from pollution and distortion to realize it.When you realize it, you will be enlightened and you will say: Oh!So that's how it is!Therefore, if you want to see the Dharma and to dissolve into the flow of impermanent Dharma, you are maintaining inaction, nirvana, and emptiness.
