Introduction 〝Zero limit 〞
In terms of meditation, you are more serious than mainland students, and mainland students are more enthusiastic than you.If we do meditation in mainland China, we usually go to one place to do it, and most of them will have 200 people or more than 200 people.So I hope everyone can objectively understand that the Tao of liberation has developed vigorously in the mainland in recent years.The seriousness and enthusiasm of mainland students are often very serious and active when they come into contact with them.From one perspective, the hundreds of schools of thought contend, as if Buddhism is very prosperous.But because of the controversy among hundreds of schools of thought, many Buddhists are busy endlessly, so we can only say that these things go with the flow.People who study Buddhism in Taiwan have heavy burdens in their minds and hearts.People who study Buddhism in Taiwan have many heavy burdens and outdated burdens that are more than those of mainland students. I will talk about it until now.
That is because mainland students carry less burdens. In terms of Buddhism, they carry much less burdens from history than Taiwan.Moreover, their study of Buddhism is younger. Ninety percent, eighty or ninety percent, are all young people serving as presidency.Eighty-ninety percent, almost all between the ages of thirty and fifty, are the young people who are hosting, and their generational alternation has been completed.They have young people who take over and dare to rush and reform.Young people have great absorption, so although modern Buddhism is slower than Taiwan for decades.But they have completed generational alternation and are learning with an open mind.So they make rapid progress, and they bear fewer heavy burdens, fewer concepts and insights in their minds, and fewer heavy burdens, so they need to transform quickly and make faster progress.
I hope that the Taiwanese Buddhist community will not be intoxicated by itself anymore.Because Taiwan's Buddhist community continues like this, the focus of the world's Buddhists will soon be shifted to China.In the future, everyone should learn the path to liberation and may also go to mainland China to learn.Kōkai was born in Taiwan, and I also hope to stay in Taiwan as much as possible.What a pity!The cherishment level in Taiwan is really several times different from that in the mainland.So with each other's actions, the mainland will make progress at least twice as fast.To be honest, I do not favor or favor that side. I treat compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait with equality, and completely equality.It’s just a treasure from the mainland, so the cause and condition and magnetic field are stronger.The path to liberation is scientific, and the path to liberation is about enlightening wisdom. The young people on the mainland like this, intelligent Buddhism.
Here a student asked: In the end, Zen in the middle of movement must be used in daily life. Taking walking as an example, how many stages should we divide when practicing?How can students judge themselves and whether they can practice the next stage?
This is to let everyone practice Zen in the meditation hall. If you leave the meditation hall, you can also practice in the temple.The steps you practice in the middle of Zen can be used by everyone, you can look at your personal situation. If you are more experienced, the easier it is to understand how to master it.If you are a beginner, you can slow down the speed first and notice it clearly from a slower speed.Then, slower and slow motion decomposition movements.Because that allows you to see subtle thoughts and actions, let you see the flow of consciousness, let you see that consciousness is guiding the body and limb movements, you need to practice this aspect.If you don't slow down, you can't see it at all.So you can see clearly after slowing down and practicing.You can combine your body with your mind, and you see the movements of your body and the previous thoughts.After that, as long as you see clearly, you think you can. Now I can speed up my speed slowly. At this time, you can adjust yourself and speed up the speed a little.In the process of slowly accelerating the speed, we must always be aware and aware.If you can't notice it, then slow down your movements a little longer.As long as you can clearly observe, you can speed up slightly.Then come and walk at the pace you usually walk.You can clearly observe every step with your left and right foot, so you can adjust this speed yourself.But the most important thing is that you must be aware of every step you make.Wherever your feet reach, your heart must be integrated with your feet.Then you need to practice slow motion in this aspect, from slow to fast, so that you can truly be aware of it clearly.If you don't practice in slow motion, you just treat it like this.Note that you can adjust the speed according to the situation.
good!Come on, do you have this level of consciousness in your hands?All got it.When we talked about "The Growth of the Mind" and "The Growth of Everything" in "The Growth of Everything" we have a more detailed analysis of this picture.If you don’t have a thorough understanding, you should listen and read it carefully after you finish your meditation.This picture is shown in the picture 1, the level of consciousness...From the upper left corner, that represents a relatively rough and low level of consciousness, that is, the more sad and sad the world is, its world is very narrow in one corner.Then the mind grows slowly, so the further he goes to the next line, it means that the more the mind grows, and keeps growing and growing.In fact, I think this picture should be reversed, and then go up and up, which represents a kind of spiritual growth.That's because the original painting was like this, so let's follow it.Therefore, going down one line by one means the continuous growth process of the mind.Then this spiritual growth is the sequence and process of liberation mentioned in Buddhism.
The first stage is the role and role level.On the right is the shadow, which means that most people live in the character's level world.At this stage, it is difficult for ordinary people to accept everything they have, they don’t like their own mentality, they often deny their thoughts and their lives.After doing something, I hesitate, regret, and feel upset.So at this level, when he is in line with his inner feelings, he is in great pain.But when he had to go out and go out, he dressed himself up beautifully, dressed up in a straight suit, and then was so solemn.When I went out, I felt that I was, what role I wanted to play.
For example, when I meet a child now, I want to play the role of dad and mom.When I meet a student, I now want to play the role of a teacher. I am the role of a human and a god.If you meet someone, you will have to play another role like him.And this character is usually packed and packed.He hid and concealed the ones he didn't like to see, or those he didn't want people to see, and then separated them from that part of the shadow.That shadow means that there are many things in your heart that you don’t want to see, and then you cover it up and hide it.In this case, people often live in different ways and often become like two-faced people.He laughs in front of others, but behind others...When it is late at night, I feel empty and depressed.
So the first level is the role level.He dared not be his real self and often had to do another side for others to show him.People at this level often live in the eyes of others.Then he cares a lot if someone else says.Like this is the role level. He cares a lot about what role he plays, and then cares about other people's vision and judgment, so he often packages himself and becomes another role.And he didn't want to see that side, he just removed it.Like this, this is what ordinary sentient beings are, living at the level of roles and in different roles.Do you understand this way?
For example, you used to think that if you are a wife, then you think that I want to play the role of this wife very well.What does the mother-in-law say? You are just yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, but in fact, there are many things in your heart that are helpless to accept.The mother-in-law has many unreasonable requirements. In order to make others think you are a good wife, and in order to make the husband think you are a good wife, many of you become to endure, tolerate, and tolerate, and tolerate.But after enduring for a long time, you will break out.Then this outbreak will often hurt the family or ask the child to vent his anger.This is what we could have refused to be our true selves in order to maintain a certain role of ours and we dare not be the real selves.For example, mother-in-law likes to play mahjong, but you don’t want to play mahjong, you like to use this time to do other things.But in order to please your mother-in-law, you cannot waste a lot of time there to accompany your mother-in-law...Similar to politicians playing political mahjong with politicians, this is called role level.
good!Many spiritual investors and spiritual counseling in the market are to help you. You must be brave enough to be yourself and be brave enough to show off.Therefore, some psychological investors, including spiritual growth, will slowly train and assist you in your growth.Let you dare to be the person you dare to refuse and be a more real person.So at this time, we will reach the so-called self-level.
The self-level is to take back the false side that I dare not face, or disguised, and now I dare to be myself. I will no longer live in the eyes of others. I will be the real self.If, for example, my mother-in-law wants me to play mahjong and I really don’t want to play, I will tell her that I don’t want to play and I don’t want to accompany her.Maybe the mother-in-law would be angry at first, she would think that you used to be a good wife, but now you are taking certain courses....At this time, don’t teach the liberation course.It’s strange that after you took some courses, why did you dare to sing the opposite tune with me? Maybe she would be angry at first.But at this time, you didn’t dare to express it like this before, but at this time you will feel like weaning the child, which will cause a painful process, and you will also have to wean your mother-in-law or your mother.Don't think that there are only children when weaning.Sometimes parents are very dependent on their children, and parents are very dependent on their sons, daughters, and daughters-in-law. Sometimes you also have to wean them. Don’t let them be heard by mother-in-law.However, many of the people who are sitting here may be mother-in-laws. We really want to grow ourselves!
So this level of self is that he dares to show off and dares to refuse when it is time to refuse.For example, friends want to borrow money from us, and brothers and sisters want to borrow money from us.In the past, you always thought it was good, that one was good, just borrow it if you want it.But later, I really felt that I didn’t want to borrow, and in some cases I really didn’t have much money.But due to mercy, I have to borrow money from others to lend it to others, and then say that I am a brother who is loyal enough.In this case, those who live and do it all are false.
At that level of self, he dares to refuse and be himself.I don't have to care about others when I wear this kind of clothes, I don't have to care about others. I think it looks good or bad. I feel comfortable and comfortable to wear.I don’t wear clothes for you to show, nor do I have to give you a score.Many of us, who are generally doing things, live in the eyes of others and care about the eyes of others.The more you care about other people's eyes, the more uncomfortable you will live, and the less you live. This is not selfless. Don't say that I have no self!

So when you dare to be yourself slowly, you are coming to the self-level level.But the self-level does not become fierce, no.At this time, in fact, he is relatively wise and dares to judge what is reasonable and what is beneficial to him or sentient beings can do it.If doing these things is not beneficial to the other party, it is just for favors and face, then you can let go of what you think you can.
good!But the self-level often attaches importance to the soul, and he may not be able to tolerate this body.Many religions, many religions, have been denying this body.Thinking that having this body is karma, thinking that having this body is dirt, this is because of the deep sins and karma, it is because of this body and this stinky skin.That many kinds of concepts of practice...I don't talk about any religion now.Many concepts of practice are to deny this body.Then he felt that we just wanted souls. We just came here to pass through temporarily, and then stayed here for a while. We would be there not long before.Like this concept, your life will not be integrated.You just continue to live in a kind of spiritual dream, and your life will not be really solid and down-to-earth.Because your life itself, you have cut it apart, your body has not been taken back by you.
Slowly you grow up, and you will come to our body. From our birth to now, you have been serving us, serving us as a cow and horse. How can we be grateful for it!We used to look down on it, trampled on it, let it suffer, and let it get sick.ah!You know, this is because we don’t take good care of it.We have incorrect ideas and insights, which leads to us being angry with this body. Your anger with your body is hating your life.Your life itself is split, how can your potential be realized?It’s like a family often quarrels and fights. If your family is not in harmony, how can you really bring out the meaning of your life?Our body is everyone's family, your temple.If you often quarrel and deny in your temple, then your temple is disharmonious.The power of your life, in the absence of unity, is pulling and fighting each other. How can you bring out your life strength and potential?
So when you grow up slowly and grow up, you accumulate a lot of wrong ideas and insights in the past, let us live up to our body, and from now on, take it back with good care of it.At this time, the self, mind and body, body, mind and soul are integrated and combined. Only then will an organic life form appear, a complete and relatively complete life form appear.At this time, you will be happier and happier, and your potential and abilities will be more and more developed.So this is the process of a person's mind constantly growing and growing.
In the past 20 or 30 years, the advocacy of Europe and the United States, including Taiwan and the East, have gradually advocated and paid attention to some aspects of spiritual growth and self-affirming and self-training. This usually comes with a kind of integration of the body, mind and soul, which is already more advanced.It is already a very good stage for a person to be able to integrate his body, mind and soul.But this set compiled by Europe and the United States...Because generally speaking, Eastern people attach more importance to benevolence, peace and harmony, while Western people emphasize themselves and themselves.As a result, the spiritual growth they develop often focuses on self-affirmation, self-growth, and self-training.If this aspect is not infused with the spirit of selflessness in the East and the latter, this kind of self-training will pull all living beings out of the world of inferiority and then pull them into the world of arrogance.So the stronger the self, the more arrogant you become, the more conceited you are, and the more you show that you are capable of.
Next, Europe and the United States have developed the power of this thought and thought, and then use themselves to control and manipulate this thought and thought.In this regard, if there is really no Eastern Buddhism to inject it into it, this kind of self-training can easily become more and more desires and greed, so it is easy for people to run from one end to the other.This aspect is easy to form, and it is also erratic to help the east and west.The philosophy and Buddhism of the East attach full importance to harmony, compassion, great love, and no dispute.So you see, Western religions will have religious wars, Buddhism will not have religious wars, and Buddhism will not cause wars, because Buddhism emphasizes not killing, which is a kind of compassion, great love, and harmony.
In the past...Over the past decade, Kong Hai has been explaining the process of liberation, which is to make connections with everyone based on the Eastern Buddhism and primitive Buddhism as the core, as well as Lao Tzu's "Tao", "Tao Te Ching", as well as the spiritual growth, the Western spiritual series, and the psychological growth series.But no matter which way I look at it or from which perspective, I will help everyone to come to a one-world.Therefore, the key to the path to liberation is to the end of this integrated world.The others are just some growth processes, helping everyone grow and grow, and then coming to an integrated world, but this aspect is very deep and deep.There are not many people who have truly advocated that ancient and modern times, both in China and abroad.Of course, the Buddha assists sentient beings, and coming to the world of nirvana and quiet is the world of oneness.What Lao Tzu talks about is the world of "Tao", and of course Jesus talks about it.However, today's so-called general spiritual growth rarely comes to the world of one.At most, sometimes I will talk about it, but because you don’t really experience it, you are just some nouns, concepts, knowledge and opinions.Then it still works in your own world.
Therefore, in many courses in the spiritual growth series in Europe and the United States, there are not many who can truly reach the super personality level, and there are not many who can truly reach the super personality level.The super-personal level is coming, not only the integration of the body, mind and soul, but also the integration with the external environment.Generally, the integration of body, mind and soul emphasized by Europe and the United States is that most of them come to this level and to this level.However, there are not many spiritual growth that can truly regain the external environment.Some people know a sense of concept and knowledge. We must get close to nature and we must dissolve into nature.But you still use a self to approach and dissolve it in. That is not the true selflessness, nor is it the true self-dissolving.
Just like saying that we must tolerate others, forgive others, forgive others, and train like miracle courses, and we must forgive others.But you have to know that if you have not come to this world of selflessness, you will still use yourself to tolerate others and forgive others with yourself.Is there any arrogance in myself to forgive and tolerate others?Are you arrogant?have!And if you think it is someone else's fault, then my level of cultivation is relatively high. I don't care about you. I can tolerate your ignorance.So you have to know!It seems very nice. We must tolerate others, forgive others, and forgive others. These words and sentences are all good.But if you have self, there is arrogance in it.
And it is a very serious problem, and you are usually considered a victim!Then I'm the victim, OK!Then I will tolerate you and I will forgive you.A very serious problem is that sentient beings can easily regard themselves as victims.Then I am a person who practices. I don’t care about you. All of these are still in my own world.The quality of the mind must be improved and improved before you can come and say that I used to think I was a victim because I couldn’t see it, I was a perpetrator.You must hear this sentence carefully!In many cases we think we are victims, and that is because in many cases you cannot see yourself as the perpetrator.This self is very cunning and does not admit that it hurts others.The part of hurting others by yourself will cover up those like the previous character level.Or he is in a situation of ignorance, and he himself cannot see it, know, or think about it.
So if you are in a ignorant situation, if you feel that your nature is not developed, we will hurt others and harm others, but we will not know.Then others will be dissatisfied with us, others will hurt us, in fact, it is because we hurt him, and then he defends, resists, and reflects back.But sentient beings cannot see the cause, but in ourselves, but only see what others emit.So I think I am a victim, I was insulted and wronged, I was attacked unreasonably, I was criticized and I was hurt.good!When I hadn’t practiced before, I would have been skeptical about others.I have practiced now, and after receiving some training, I want to forgive others, I want to forgive others, and I want to tolerate others.Have you found the real reason?Is there any?Still not!
Therefore, the preciousness of Buddhism is that we should not blame others. We should come back to see where we have problems. We should come back to look back and purify ourselves. So this is what Buddhism emphasizes, and we should find out the real cause and the cause of suffering.You must find out the causes of the conflict.If you, like ordinary people, always think that the cause of this conflict is in others, then you will never find the real reason.So what you are dealing with is just treating the symptoms.
So in the past ten years, I have rarely provided psychological counseling for individual cases, but have helped from a relatively comprehensive, comprehensive and fundamental way.Because I see that the fundamental reason is in our own deep spiritual cognition errors, obstructions of ignorance, and undeveloped consciousness.I have seen many situations, even though you are hurting others, and even if you are showing your arrogance, you cannot see it.Then it causes pain and dissatisfaction among others, but sentient beings cannot see their own problems.So when there is a conflict, I want to tell you, that is, you have problems here, but it is usually difficult for ordinary people to accept.Because he can't see that he has a problem, he doesn't think he has a problem.So I have mentioned to you before that you have to come back seriously and truthfully, and you have to see three points before I can talk about five points.You have to see the force of five points before I can talk about seven points. This is how Buddhism solves things in depth and fundamentally.
Most of the spiritual growth in Europe and the United States used to strengthen themselves and then become the training organic living organism.But for the outside world, it has not yet come to really take back the outside world.In the past, I used to use oneself and then read it, to be tolerant and dissolve it, until I saw the book "Zero Limit".This book, Dr. Xiu Lan, can be done by him, and he really needs to do it when he takes it back from the outside world.It’s one thing to be able to speak and write knowledge and insights, you have to do it!I have seen it in other materials before. We need to be integrated into the external environment. We need to appreciate nature and protect nature, but we often still write and read with ourselves.I saw Dr. Xiu Lan, who was able to truly take back the external environment.So in this book, Dr. Xiu Lan is the protagonist, and this author is a supporting role, just to help, just to highlight it.The real protagonist is Dr. Xiu Lan, who is truly able to come to the outside world to take it back.So for him, there are no so-called external problems or other people's problems. This is a very important breakthrough in spiritual growth, and this is very important!
So in this book you can see that what he deals with and solves, he comes back to purify himself.If others are dissatisfied with me and are angry with me, they are coming back to look at themselves. I must have some mistakes or some incompleteness, which will cause pain and dissatisfaction to all living beings.Don’t blame anyone, come back to purify myself, and we who should apologize to all living beings.So for him, seeing sentient beings means seeing oneself.So in this book, he once recorded a passage where he used to be a psychological counselor and psychotherapist in a state hospital in Hawaii. He was different from an ordinary psychological therapist.Ordinary psychotherapists come to you, and then come to tutor you, negotiate, and then come...It includes finding out what you have, then addressing your questions, and then providing some tutoring and assistance.But many of the people he faced were severely ill mental patients, many of them were murderers, and had great mental problems. So this belongs to prisons and is considered to be more serious people with mental illnesses and violent tendencies. Then there would be many psychological counselors to help him before.
Later, when Dr. Xiu Lan arrived at that hospital, it was a specialized and isolated area, because those were all closed...He had major criminals and then had mental problems.Like these people, he is a more serious person, like an irregular bomb at any time.Then it is very mysterious that he comes here to work!He never had to interview any mental patients, he didn't have to interview them, he didn't have to consult them, or he did any psychological counseling, no.Then he looked at these mental patients, their medical records, and learned about the qualifications and information of these patients, and then he dissolved them.Insert the other person into his inner world, and then purify it from his own inner world.He did this and did this, and after a few months, the effect gradually came out, and the mental patients in the hospital gradually improved and improved.In about three years, most of the mentally ill patients recovered and were released one by one. It was incredible!
What case seminar is someone else going to hold, but he won't attend.What meetings do others want to hold? He doesn't participate in those, and then he just does his job.If you are talking about ordinary work or general hospital, you will come to this hospital...He has a salary.You come to work, but you don’t really do any work and have no contact with patients.Some seminars are held, and you are holding them very seriously. You haven’t come to the meeting either. You seem to be here to make a living.right!On the surface, it really looks like I'm just stumbled on life, and then I come here to talk to everyone, Halahara.However, he is truly purifying himself, and others will not easily experience such effects.Of course, he would tell everyone, some colleagues, and colleagues in the hospital how he was doing it.Then they also understand and will not blame him.Gradually, the atmosphere continued to improve, and more people responded to his work of purifying himself.As a result, the severely ill patients in the entire state hospital were recovering one by one.Later, the quarantine area was removed and there was no need to be done.
This aspect is difficult for ordinary people to understand, strange!How did he perform the effect?That happened to be the one Viteri, and he himself was also very curious.He used to be a master who used this kind of training in himself.But he felt that there was actually someone who was higher than ours!If you don’t have to see a patient, you can cure the patient’s illness.He knew that this was different from that kind of person with supernatural powers and long-distance treatment.So he was very curious about the situation, and then he felt that there should be an expert in a higher level than ours, so he was very curious, and then he continued to visit the expert before he became acquainted with this Dr. Xiu Lan.It was also very good. He also learned while doing it, and then he thought that these materials were precious, so he excerpted it to form this book.
I think you can see this book that Dr. Xiulan is like Socrates, full of wisdom and very wise.Then what he showed here was not used in Buddhist terms.But the spirit and core inside, as well as the spiritual core he treats mental patients, and the spiritual core he handles things, is exactly the same as Buddhism.The method he used was to completely grasp the Buddhist saying that purifies one's intention, and in this way, purify one's intention.Of course, Westerners summarized a few short sentences: Sorry, please forgive me.Next is: Thank you, I love you, just these four sentences.They believe that these four sentences can resolve various conflicts, not only resolve various conflicts, but also treat various diseases.The most mysterious thing is that you don’t have to involve others, you just need to work hard in our own minds.So many people find it incredible, but I know this is the fact. This is what Buddhism says about self-purification.
However, many people are not very easy to understand what the path to liberation says.Then I hope that through this book "Zero Limit", you can more easily understand the core of the Tao of Liberation.Then this one...Dr. Xiu Lan's artistic conception is already very good. He took back the external environment, the external environment, the organic living organisms and the external environment.That kind of physical perspective is really quite indifferent.Seeing you is like seeing myself. You have sorrows and sorrows, which is my sorrows and sorrows.When you see that you are sad and sad, this is my business when you need my help.Then the solution is all about working hard on oneself.Many people don’t know much about it here, why is this happening?Why does he see you from himself, that is, he sees myself?Then I work hard on myself and you will improve. This is not a nonsense!
《In the Agama Sutra, we talk about your world in the path to liberation...What do we say?What is said in the "Agama Sutra"?What is the world?The six senses come into contact with the six dusts...The Buddha said that this world is so mysterious, and it is too different from the world that ordinary people know and understand.The world that the Buddha talked about is that when your six senses come into contact with the six dusts, your world will be formed.Then your world...If I make it clearer, it is part of your Dharma body.So you need to understand that, why does Dr. Xiulan see that you are in pain, dissolve yours into his world, and then purify it from his world, and you will improve it?It applies Buddhism and confirms what Buddhism says that your six senses come into contact with the six dusts, and this is your world.Your world is your Dharma body, that is, your body, and part of your great self.I am now trying to explain why his actions will be effective?Let everyone understand the doctrine of Buddhism.
So if you have to take the course of "Agama Liberation", you can understand that when you enter my world, that is, you appear in my world, whether my eyes and eye roots see you, or my ears hear you, or my mind roots feel you, when you appear in my world, you become a part of my body and world, a part of my Dharma body, and a part of my larger body.To put it bluntly, you will become a part of my body. Can you understand it in this way?
good!When you are part of my body, it is like saying that the body has expanded again.Then it becomes enlarged, as if my nails are longer, good!Then I'll trim it.I'm injured here, OK!Then I will apply medicine to protect it and bandage it.So this is an expansion of the state of mind, the expansion of the body view, to see you, you are my body, your life is my life, this is the breaking of the body view mentioned in Buddhism.Can you understand this way?
So don’t regard it as just knowledge and insight.
