How to overcome the three levels of secretive mind in practice

1. The general boat is a heart that is determined to achieve success, and is not lazy or lazy in the details.The subtle points refer to not sitting or lying down. Not sitting or lying down is the best protection for those who practice the Dharma.The most difficult thing is to steal your mind if you want to sit or lie down.All the "breaks" in the general boating method are born from this.

1、What is stealing the heart in practice: It is manifested as pounding the waist, leaning against the wall, worshiping Buddha, kneeling on the ground, wanting to support, wanting to lean on, stretching arms, and stretching legs.All manifestations of taking care of the body's feelings are stealing the mind.

2、How to measure the stolen mind in practice:

(1)To understand the truth: to practice the Dharma is to find uncomfortable things, don’t take care of your own feelings;Walking on a boat is not about achieving success step by step, but about achieving success in the first place. If you want to walk, just walk for a few days and nights, instead of "staying up" for hours and hours, as it will be very tired and difficult to get off.No matter how meticulous and tenacious your style and how great your faith you have, you will receive the great blessing power of the Saint of the Pratyekabud when you practice the Dharma. Your own mental power is proportional to the blessing power of the Buddhas.Dear all the pain and other feelings, as the test of enemies, relatives and creditors, is the blessing of all Buddhas to help you get your karma. You should accept it happily and accept it with sincerity.The difficulty in walking and being able to walk is the embodiment of the spirit of the boat.Difficult to do is homework, and being able to do it is the way to do it, that is, stupid people recite it foolishly.

(2)Practice: Never sit in the first three days of practice, even when eating or drinking water;You can sit for a while when eating from the fourth to the seventh day, but you must be ashamed and not be too ungrateful to control;

2. Recite the Buddha's name

1、How to chant Buddha’s name in the method of walking on the boat?If you cannot pursue the feeling of special thoughts, it means that you have discriminatory minds in the Dharma and have too heavy intentions.When chanting Buddha's name, you should not get involved in external conditions. No matter how others recite it, you should not distinguish or judge, and you should not have emotional likes and dislikes.It is also wrong to look at the outside world with a picky heart.Because that kind of pickiness will only affect oneself and cannot settle for the present.Learn to be a fool, not a smart person.Don’t worry about what state you are in when chanting Buddha’s name.Remember that no matter how you recite, you will be chanted, as long as you recite the Buddha's name, you will have everything.

2、The merit of stupid thoughts?Its merit is a familiar saying: When the clear pearls enter the water, the turbid water must be clear.There is a process for water purification. Before it is fully clear, clear the pearls (Buddha's name )The function is to prevent the water quality from deteriorating and turbidity.As long as there is a Buddha's name in the chaotic delusion, there is a possibility that the spark will grow into a prairie fire, and it can inhibit the situation from advancing to the worst direction.

3. How to overcome the pain?

(1)There are two reasons for the formation of pain in practice: First, the body needs to detoxify, and detoxification will be accompanied by some symptoms, such as recurrence of old diseases, large amounts of sweating in the body, early menstruation, abnormal menstrual flow and blood volume;Secondly, because you have a fighting spirit towards your enemies, relatives and creditors, rather than a sincere heart that accepts them or a repentant heart. This opposing heart will cause karma to burst out in the form of pain. If you let go of the fighting spirit, the pain will slowly dissolve and melt.

(2)Attitude to cure pain: melt rather than eliminate.You must understand that suffering is a constant number and is determined by cause and effect.Whether you accept or reject it, it will exist.Not accepting pain is caused by pain;To endure pain means to have some tolerance for pain;Wanting to get rid of suffering and gain happiness means having something to ask for suffering.Being involved, having attachment, and seeking means "thinking" pain. Of course, the cause of thought of pain can only lead to the result of pain.The correct attitude should be to face up to the sufferings of your body and accept them completely (Believe in cause and effect ),But don't think about it (Beyond Cause and Effect ),Only then can you overcome the pain.

(3)The method you have experienced: You can use the power of stomping and shouting, regardless of whether it is bitter or painful, just step on your feet and shout out at the same time.And you must have enough patience and endure the repeated pain.

(4)The method of theory: We must firmly believe that the Samadhi of the Prajna is the process of the accomplishment of suffering. The true taste of the Prajna lies in the joy of suffering and the awareness of suffering, and not fearing suffering, but fearing not suffering.To the extreme, one must have the determination and courage to sacrifice one's life.This thought of "discarding" is in harmony with the Dharma Realm and with the Buddha's mind.

In short, passing the pain is in the heart. You must transcend the inherent knowledge and concepts of suffering, and develop a courageous heart, joy, gratitude, and repentance. Any one mind can pass the pain.

4. How to get through the drowsiness?

(1)You must pass the drowsiness in your heart: Don’t be afraid of drowsiness, this fearful thought is also a delusion.And delusions are the source of drowsiness.If you don’t have delusions, you will naturally not be drowsy.The mind is like a broken car, and the delusions are like a mad cow.Every thought is a cow. Tens of millions of crazy bulls pull the broken car in all directions. When the car does not bear the force of ten thousand pounds, it will fall to the ground and the crazy heart will suddenly stop. ――Stumbled into severe drowsiness.

(2)Treatment method: If you are confused, I will chant my Buddha, ignore it or make no intention.Just step on and shout out.

5. How to pass the state level?

(1)The reason for the appearance of the realm: having thoughts means having a state of existence, and having no thoughts means Nirvana.A person's "thinking" has a strong personal subjective color and is a one-sided interpretation of reality.It’s like a blind man touching an elephant. The fault is not the original "elephant" or the blind man touching an elephant, but the fault is the wrong subjective description of the elephant in his heart.Why is it wrong? Because the blind people use the reference system wrong.All sentient beings before they see their nature are like blind people. They judge the outside world and reality by a wrong standard, just like using a haha mirror to look at people. The fallacy of the result is obvious.If you stick to this wrong conclusion again and write and direct the plot, it will be even more unreasonable and unreasonable.

(2)Treatment method: empty your thinking, empty your knowledge and views, do not think or judge any state of seeing, just recite the Buddha's name, and fools recite it foolishly.If you can recite foolishly, you will receive the blessing of the saints of the Pratyekabud, see the Buddha in front of you, be successful in life, and receive the Buddha's prophecy.To be a fool, one must have a strong sense of reliance on the master, and treat the master as a Buddha, without making doubts as a hair.Respect teachers and respect Dharma, and sacrifice one's own life and forget one's own self, you can get rid of all demonic obstacles.
