Don't always hold on to the debt-collecting face

Dade layman 2017-08-08

The Buddha said that all dharmas have no form, especially in the Diamond Sutra, which clearly states that "there is no self, no human form, no sentient being form, no life form."The Heart Sutra also talks about "all dharmas are empty in appearance."Since we emphasize formlessness, why do we say that there are thirty-two forms and eighty types of Buddhas? The Pure Land Sutra also talks about the "good appearance, brightness and inequality" of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Why?

On the path to liberation, all forms are empty and can be realized in the metaphysical essence. The appearance is solemn and dignified by merits. Therefore, if you need to cultivate all merits, you will know that many people in the world are faces collecting debts.Taking out the debts of husband and wife, taking out the debts of children... The streets are full of such unfriendly faces, and so are the people who serve in the government agencies and units, and there is not a single happy look. Some people who are very beautiful are very annoying to see.So in this life, you should make more happy relationships with others.

Don’t just meet people, always hold on to the debt-collecting face!Learning Buddhism is not just a simple word. For example, when it comes to compassion, can you be compassionate? When you see someone's face, you look dead, like a debt-collection face, without any compassion, joy and sacrifice. You can't even do this kind of donation when you smile at others. You just stare at people with a dead look, thinking that this is Buddhism.

Solemn and solemn, but in fact, he is not as close as a person.Any sentient being likes the compassion, joy and giving of the Bodhisattva, you should pay attention to it.Take joy as an example. If you see others all day long, you will be annoyed, and others will be so annoyed that you will see you. Your face is like an enemy who collects debts. You have no joy at all. Can you still save sentient beings? This is the case with ordinary people, you should practice slowly!Three great kalpas are coming again. It is not a joy to laugh when you meet others. Joy is not a smile, it is a joyful heart. A person who truly studies Buddhism and practices Taoism, look at his expression and the cells on his face that make people like it as soon as they see it. Even if he is scolding and beating people, he is kind.

A person who truly attains concentration and enlightenment has a perfect appearance and appearance, and even the ugliest appearance becomes solemn.I have encountered many such examples in my own study experience. Some novels are also written correctly, saying that people who enter into meditation have a solemn appearance and their faces have changed. If you sit up and sit down, your face is full of bitterness and your back is still hanging, and you say you have entered into a state of meditation, then this will be absolutely impossible. If you really have to settle down, the qi and meridians of the physical body will inevitably be opened, and all nerve cells will naturally loosen (not disperse), and your face will naturally be upright and gentle. Therefore, the appearance of good and solemnity comes from merit. What kind of merit?

The merits of precepts, concentration and wisdom. It is inevitable that you can change your appearance by cultivating your mind.People who have attained concentration have their body and mind changes. Confucianism says that changing temperament is naturally different from ordinary people, and they do not need any other special dress.I have reminded everyone not to think that if you study Buddhism, your appearance will be sloppy, and your appearance should still be upright. You see, no Buddha or Bodhisattva seems to be unpretentious, and they are full of clothes.Except for one Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, he is a monk.

But it is not right to pay too much attention to appearance. Therefore, it is not right to practice true practice without decorating or excessive decorating, because it is not in line with the middle way.

If the body and mind can be transformed, all the merits and solemnity will be possessed. This is to cultivate shame at any time, which means being humble, which means reflecting on one's own mistakes at any time, which means being ashamed. Those who truly know how to be ashamed are regular practitioners.Shame is the most important piece of clothing for our practice. Repent and reflect at any time, improve ourselves, and when we achieve perfect merit, our body and mind will naturally change.Although I have not practiced to the thirty-two levels and eighty types, it must be different.

If a person wants to have less illness or pain in this life, he must be cultivated by cultivation, and to cultivate his merits in his previous life. You often use a smile to welcome others in this life, and he will be born with a face that everyone likes in the next life. When he saw someone using the debt to die, he had a face that was annoying everywhere in the next life.To have a solemn appearance and even a good environment for retribution, you must cultivate blessings! You must not have a scattered face like the ordinary Buddhist practitioners, and never have that look of death.

Look at how few people who study Buddhism have achieved "happiness and giving", few people can show their joy on their faces, and they are almost all debt-collection faces. As long as they study Buddhism, they look very serious.People who study Buddhism have four most fundamental and important behaviors: compassion, joy, and giving. Some students looked like they were unhappy and they looked like they were going to collect debts, otherwise they would have a face of hatred. So I want you to learn Buddhism the first step first to learn the happy Buddha's smile of Maitreya Bodhisattva, especially when meditating, your legs hurt, so you can laugh while hurting! After three years of laughing, you are used to laughing, but you just don’t speak and have a smile on your face.

What are the benefits of laughing? When you smile, your nerves and muscles are loose. Why bother meditating and gritting your teeth? So when meditating, you must first untie the nerves on your face. When you learn to smile, your mind will be loosened, your brain will be completely untie, and your eyebrows will be stretched out. You can see the statue of the Bodhisattva sitting there with kind eyes. This is what you need to learn.
