“No wishes are not called true faith, no faith is not called true wishes, no faith is not called true wishes, no faith is not called true actions.Now it is all called by faith, vow, and practice, and the sounds are complete.Therefore, it is called "good roots, blessings, and causes and conditions".”

If you have no wishes and no practice of holding the name, you cannot say that you have true faith.This concept definition is important to us.You said, how do you express your letter?Your letter is a metaphysical thing, invisible and invisible.OK, for this invisible and invisible: whether there is faith or not, I just depend on whether you make a vow or not, and whether you recite the Buddha's name honestly.If you make a sincere vow and can recite the Buddha's name tens of thousands of times a day, it will only be clear and prove that you have "true faith".

So how can we prove that you have a true wish?In fact, it must be implemented in your faith and in your holding of the name.Therefore, without the practice of holding the name and the faith in matters and reason, it cannot be called "true wish".

So what is the "true practice" of your Pure Land Sect - the true practice?That is, your name should be solemn with faith and wish.It is not a person who uses this name to work hard, to subdue troubles, to seek enlightenment, to obtain supernatural powers, or even to obtain some blessings from human and heavenly beings.You have no faith and wish.Without faith and aspiration, it is not the true practice of the Pure Land.

Therefore, "no faith and aspiration do not understand true actions."Then this is very well said and is our standard of discernment.Now all are due to faith, aspiration and name. The three resources of faith, aspiration and practice are perfectly fulfilled in the reciting of each Buddha's name.If you have complete and complete the three resources of faith, vow and practice, this is called more good roots, more blessings and supreme causes and conditions.Only when you have such a chanting name can you be like the "Amitabha Sutra" says, "eliminate the sins of birth and death in every thought."The "Abhidharma Sutra" says that chanting the Buddha's name eliminates the sins of birth and death for eighty billion kalpas. It cannot be achieved by reciting it in a casual manner. It requires full faith and aspiration.Only when you recite the Buddha statue and recite it with a very fierce heart will you have the merit of eliminating the serious sins of life and death in eight billion kalpas!
