The ancients said: If you do not know the original mind, practicing the Dharma is useless.There are many choices for our method. You can worship Buddha, chant Buddha, and chant mantras.But from the perspective of the "Lingyun Sutra", the key is not what method you practice. The key is whether the thought you can practice depends on the real heart or the false heart. Your heart will always be the dominant one.

You see, the same Buddha's name will produce different effects when it comes to different hearts.Therefore, after understanding the "Lingyun Sutra", I don't believe what kind of wonderful methods do you say this person have.No matter how good the method is, you don’t practice it with your true mind. The mind is false, and everything is false, because your root is false.You are a sand, and you bake it at a very high temperature, and it will be a sand for the rest of your life, because your essence is sand.The problem is that your essence is sand, your essence is false.It doesn’t mean how high your temperature is, it doesn’t mean that you can do whatever you want as much as you worship Buddha in a day.no!The point is not here.Therefore, Master Sixth Patriarch explained it very clearly, only asking about understanding the mind and seeing the nature, not meditation and liberation.

The next fifty Yin Demons will talk about the higher meditation of the heavenly demons and heretics.Why did he become a demon heretic?Because he is practicing based on his delusional mind, all the preliminary practices are strengthening his false power.It would be fine if he didn't practice, but the more he practiced, the more serious he became, because his essence was false.

Therefore, the first step we should take is to take a good step in our practice, which is what kind of mind you should use to practice.The ancients said that the first thing to do in practicing is very important to understand the mind and nature.It is important to understand the truth and delusion in your heart. What is the true heart, and you should constantly strengthen it;What is a false mind? You must slowly give up.

I think one of our concepts in the "Lingyun Sutra" is very important: you must first have judgment at the beginning, and you have a thought, what is your master and what is a thief, you must figure it out.If you can’t even figure out what the master is and what the thief is, then what will you do?You don’t know which thoughts are to be eliminated and which our vows are to be increased. You are a standard blind practice.Therefore, we must know: what kind of mentality we must constantly strengthen and correspond to Nirvana;You should slowly stay away from what kind of mentality.

Although we couldn't do it at the beginning, we need to know that at least I need to know that it is a thief, and at least we need to know which minds are delusions.You must be able to distinguish between truth and falsehood before you have hope.Therefore, during the entire practice process, it is the most important thing to understand the mind and see the nature and understand the truth and delusion.As for practicing, take your time and first adjust your mind.Otherwise, the more you practice (it will be said later), the more you become a demon heretic;The more you practice, the more you become the Asura Dharma Realm.That's over!Therefore, we first break this delusional mind.

Of course, to break the delusion, look at this place, the Buddha did not ask you to deal with it, and there was no way.You don’t treat it, you look for its place, you find its place, it’s done, it disappears by itself, you don’t treat it.So, look at the Buddha, he only asked one question: Where did you come from?You look for it.So far, the Buddha has been asking questions about where your heart is.He just asked this question.This is very clever.He did not say that you could deal with it, he only asked one question: where is your mind to become a monk and where did you come from?
