Amitabha Sutra (two )
The following is to say "Exploit this magical power" to use your originally complete magical powers.Tantra Buddhism is about supernatural powers. Zen Master Chewu said that if you recite Amitabha Buddha, you can use your originally complete supernatural powers because you are originally a Buddha. If you become a Buddha, you will have infinite supernatural powers. Even the phrase Amitabha will bring out the magical powers of your original Buddha, and will mobilize the supernatural powers you buried. If you recite Amitabha, you will open that mechanism."Among the word Amitabha, a great Tibetan secret, develops its supernatural powers and possesses great power": You can overcome any troubles and any obstacles. When talking about Tantra, we must talk about "having great power".All the secret methods of Tibet in reciting "Great Power" are summarized as great power.Jingci Temple, Zhaojue Temple, and Qingding Master, all the temples in the Haigong Master system must cultivate this great power, and great power is the power of the Buddha. It is great power to exert all the Buddha nature functions you originally possess.Have you seen it in Zhaojue Temple? The Bodhisattva of Daweide is very merciful, and his green face and fangs look scary. Why is Daweide so wrong? (Sichuan dialect: Awesome )?Suppress your demon. What is your demon?Troubles are your devil. The great power and virtue are green and fangs are very scary. In some places, people are not allowed to see the Buddha statues in Yonghe Palace, but they are not allowed to see them because you don’t understand. You said that there are no such scary Bodhisattvas. No matter how old scholars are, they scared them and said, “Bodhisattvas are all compassionate, joy and giving, and the Bodhisattvas of Tantric Buddhism are so scary."Scaring people has another function: subdue demons and subdue your troubles. You are timid and you don’t dare to look at that Buddha statue.Zen Master Chewu said, use your original supernatural powers. When practicing Tantra, you talk about supernatural powers. When you recite Amitabha Buddha, you will mobilize your buried Buddha nature. If you activate your original supernatural powers, you will have great power. "To develop original supernatural powers, you will have great power." This is great power.Amitabha Buddha is a great power. How could Amitabha Buddha save so many sentient beings to the Western Pure Land so easily without his power? Therefore, those who chant Buddha’s name should chant Buddha’s name honestly, otherwise it will not work.If you want to practice Zen and Tantric Buddhism, and then you will not be able to practice this or that. Therefore, you must first eliminate this. Those who recite the Buddha’s name should not think about everything. How can you enter the Samadhi of Reciting Buddha’s name?
If you recite Amitabha Buddha, you cannot believe in it and have no intention of dedication and have no desire to be sincere, then that won’t work."Amitabha, one must be sincere in one's wishes." I have to be reborn in the Pure Land. I will not go anywhere you want to tell me. I only go this way. This is called wishes. Thinking about everything is not called wishes. "Amitabha, one must be sincere in one's wishes." The heart must be sincere, just like when we wanted to become a monk. Those girls were coming to become monks, and I told her that it was very hard to become monks, and she said that no matter how hard she was, I was not afraid of it.”
“The heart is like burning, and the eyes are like blood. "How much does it mean to cut it?The heart is burning like fire, and the heart is burned with fire when you want to be reborn in the Western Paradise. It is like a burning heart. It is like a little baby who can't find his mother on the street. It is like a burning heart. It is also like fire when you look for Amitabha Buddha."Eyes are like blood": the eyes are like bleeding, this is called cutting.I am very eager to do it and want to be the second pillar of the method of chanting Buddha's name.If you want to be sincere, don’t be willing or not: It’s okay to go to Amitabha Buddha or the Medicine Buddha. In fact, thousands of Buddhas are the same, but if you don’t turn your mind into concentration, you will not be able to concentrate.Originally, it is said that thousands of Buddhas are all Buddhas, and the east and the west are all Pure Lands. However, in order to make you, an ordinary person, put your distracted mind into one place, you must go to the west and chant Amitabha Buddha. Don’t recite the Western Buddha today, the northern Buddha tomorrow, and the southern Buddha the day after tomorrow, and you can’t run around. When reciting Western Buddha, recite Western Buddha. Just follow this path and go deeper.I hope to be sincere.
If you have a wish, you have to do it. This method of chanting Buddha’s name is called action. If you believe, wish and practice, and just wish and do not recite the Buddha's name, you must recite honestly. Since you practice the method of chanting Buddha's name, you must recite Namo Amitabha Buddha honestly. If you recite one sentence intently, you will have to say tens of millions of sentences. If you do not recite it intently, you should recite it too much."Amitabha, you must concentrate on your practice": The practice is the practice when chanting Buddha's name. Monks practice and practice, practice: heng, heng When it comes to the noun, the practice of practicing is to practice the tartar practice. People who recite the Buddha's name in the chanting of the Buddha's name are your practice. You must specialize in the practice, not from the east to the west, not knowing how to recite the Buddha's name and not not chanting, but just chanting, and chanting honestly is called chanting the Buddha's name honestly. What is the purpose of chanting Buddha’s name honestly? We can't do anything just by chanting Buddha's name. We need to recite it with our hearts. Therefore, this method is good. You can recite whatever you are doing, and you can recite it when you walk. It mainly involves "just mentioning one thought and cutting off all kinds of fates". This is called "acting for concentration", which specifically raises this idea and does not think about the others.Don’t think about going east and west, who asks me, what else I want to do... When you recite the Buddha’s name, let go of all those things, just mention the six words Namo Amitabha Buddha, and only this thought, then "cut off all fates", cut off your thoughts and thoughts, "Where you go, I am reciting the Buddha’s name!More important than anything else, give me any delusions!"This becomes the supreme practice. It is not easy for you to "cut off all fates"!Our practice means that there are so many things in our minds. The things in our minds are countless thoughts. If you cannot practice meditation, practice meditation, and practice Tantra, it is not possible. The main thing is to "refer a single thought to cut off all kinds of things."To practice other things, you must "put a single thought and cut off all kinds of fate". If you practice, you must catch the thing tightly. Don't look east and west, so you must "practice".If you concentrate on doing that, you should concentrate on writing and do your homework. If you don’t concentrate on doing it, you won’t be able to do it well.If you want to chant Amitabha Buddha, you should concentrate on chanting it. Don’t have delusions while chanting Amitabha Buddha. That would be bad.
So I told you that the method of reciting Buddha's name is so good, but I made these three requirements for you: First, you must believe, and believe in "deep faith", not a white-faced faith (Sichuan dialect: superficial letter )。I am a Buddhist disciple, why don’t I believe it?I always call you to chant Amitabha Buddha, but it is wrong to have no "deep faith".Another person does not believe in this method deeply and does not believe in chanting Amitabha Buddha.I tell your classmates that I have the intention to recite the Buddha's name. When I was thirteen years old, I saw a book "The Path in the Path in the Path". Now there is no such book in the Buddhist scriptures, and there is no such book in the place where the Buddhist scriptures are circulated. What is the diameter and diameter? The path is a shortcut, a shortcut, a diameter. The book is called "The middle path and the middle path". The shortcut path among the shortcut is the shortcut. That is what we call chanting Buddha's school, which is easy to practice. It’s not difficult to walk at all, but it’s a shortcut, effortless. The book praises the Buddhist chanting school, and has ten major subjects. That was the Buddhist teachings I came into contact with when I was a child. Before reading this book, I read Master Yin Guang's book, but I haven't touched it yet. I looked at the book "The Path in the Path in the Path" and talked about this problem from ten aspects, which made me move.
People who study Buddhism should still say it easier to say it. It is difficult to say it easily. It is more difficult than to go up to the sky. I dare not say what I want to learn Buddhism. It is the "Diagram in the Path" and the Path" that is easy and easy. This has inspired me. Since it is so easy to become a Buddha, why don't I become a Buddha!
Do you remember these three verses?Today, let me summarize the special requirements of this method to our classmates, and then we should learn this method when we talk about the sutra. We must study the three studies of precepts, concentration and wisdom, but one of them is not missing. Buddhism means precepts, concentration and wisdom. The chanting of Buddha is precepts, concentration and wisdom. The method of chanting of Buddha is not without precepts, concentration and wisdom, but the method of chanting of Buddha is inseparable from the three conditions of precepts, concentration and wisdom. We must practice the method of chanting of Buddha, and the three branches of faith, aspiration and practice are indispensable. This is called the method of cause and condition. To achieve success in reciting the Buddha's name, one must have three causes and conditions: faith, aspiration and practice; To achieve success in Buddhism, one must have three causes and conditions: precepts, concentration and wisdom. This is the science of Buddhism. What things are constructed by what things are constructed. Buddhism is constructed by precepts, concentration and wisdom. Reciting Buddha and becoming a Buddha is constructed by faith, aspiration and practice. This is scientific.
I was talking about this sutra. I was based on the lecture notes of Master Yuanying. Master Yuanying was the president of the first Chinese Buddhist Association after liberation, a patriotic monk, abbot of Longhua Temple in Shanghai, and the master of Master Mingyang. This lecture notes are very broad and cannot be finished with everyone. However, based on his lecture notes, his lecture notes were written by Master Huiyi, the ancestor of the Buddhist chanting sect, and gave a brief explanation of the Amitabha Sutra. His text is not complicated, but in classical Chinese, the meaning is very deep. Therefore, Master Yuanying used Master Huiyi's "Amitabha Essay" as the basis for this book, and wrote this lecture notes, which are the lecture notes of "Amitabha Essay", which I said based on his lecture notes.
When you start the preaching method, you should know one thing. Tiantai Sect first has five outlines for preaching, called "Five-Level Mystery Meaning". This is the way Tiantai Sect preaching, which is the five outlines before preaching, and the mysterious meaning is the mysterious meaning. The mysterious meaning in the sutra will be explained to you first, and then the text of the sutra is called the Five-Level Mystery Meaning. I know this name. What is the five-level mysterious meaning? This is the way of Tiantai Sect preaching, and there are five major directions to tell you first.
The first explanation is the name of the sutra, why is this sutra called the "Amitabha Sutra"?What does this sutra mean? The "Amitabha Sutra" by the Buddha is called the title of the sutra. Each sutra has its own title. The Lotus Sutra is the title of the Lotus Sutra, and the Buddha's Amitabha Sutra is the title of this sutra. We need to explain the title of the sutra. There are seven ways to explain the title of the sutra. I won’t talk about it anymore. The title of this sutra is a single-person topic, only talking about people, why only talking about people?"The Buddha speaks the Amitabha Sutra" Buddha: It is the Buddha in the Saha world. Amitabha is the Buddha in the Pure Land. Shakyamuni Buddha in the Saha world talks about what merits does Amitabha Buddha in the Pure Land? These two people in the sutra. There are few places that call Buddha a human being, and Buddha is also a human being, a great enlightened person. We are also human beings. We are not enlightened. We are ordinary people. The one who preaches the sutra is Sakyamuni Buddha. The Buddha's Sutra on the Amitabha Sutra is actually the Dharma. It talks about the various solemnities of Amitabha Buddha's Pure Land, which encourages us to gain faith and recite the Buddha's name to be reborn. In fact, it is the Dharma. The Buddha introduced Amitabha to you ordinary people. You don’t know Amitabha. Sakyamuni Buddha’s compassion introduced to you that you have a great backer to want to be born and die, so the Buddha preaches all Dharma. However, the title suggests that the two greats can talk about Sakyamuni Buddha, and what they say is Amitabha, an amazing person. Why did Sakyamuni Buddha say it?Because the Buddha's compassion and wishes are to save all living beings in our Saha world. It is difficult for sentient beings to save them. You recite the Prajna Sutra. The Prajna Sutra begins to say the Great Prajna Sutra to the Buddha in the ten directions of the world. All the Buddhas in the ten directions of the world sent people to ask and pay tribute to the Buddha. They all asked the Buddha: Is it easy for sentient beings to save them?It is difficult for sentient beings to save them, and the affairs of sentient beings are difficult to handle, but it is difficult for sentient beings to save the Buddha, because it is out of the Buddha's compassion and wishes. Why does Buddha become a Buddha? Why can you become a Buddha? It is because of his compassion and wishes. Why don’t those Arhats become Buddhas? He has entered Nirvana himself, and he has received Nirvana himself and did not save sentient beings, and he does not care whether you sentient beings suffer or not.The Buddha did not agree with such people, so in the Lotus Sutra, the Buddha said that these people were not allowed, and the seeds were burnt, like the millet in the warehouse, and the fire was burned and it did not work. Therefore, the Buddha told all sentient beings to develop great compassion, to make bodhi vows, to become Buddhas and save sentient beings, and everyone can become Buddhas.
How to say the word Buddha?Buddha is Buddha, Buddha means the enlightened, the enlightened person, Bodhi is enlightened, and Buddha is the enlightened person. All beings are just not enlightened, this is a metaphor. There are three kinds of enlightenment, one is called original enlightenment. When we learn to recite the Buddha's name, we must understand this principle. All sentient beings are originally Buddhas, so they are called original enlightenment. Originally Buddha does not mean that you are now Buddhas. Why is it said to be Buddha? All sentient beings have Buddha nature, and you must understand this. All sentient beings have the possibility of becoming a Buddha, the seeds of Bodhi to become a Buddha, the roots of being able to become a Buddha, and with this set of capital, you can become a Buddha, you are the same as the Buddha, so you can be aware of it.All sentient beings can awaken, and all sentient beings are equal to the sleeping person who can wake up. Unlike the dead who can't wake up, all sentient beings are equal to sleeping. They can't wake up, but they are sleeping now.
Why sleep? From the beginningless ignorance. From that year on, we have become sentient beings?I don’t know that when ignorance arises, sentient beings become transformed. They are all Buddhas, and they can be like Buddhas, with the great merits of Buddhas. Since time immemoriality has followed us, and they are all clear people and dozed off.Ignorance is sleep, just like when sleep comes, this person becomes confused. If he is confused, he becomes an old ordinary person. Although he is an old ordinary person, your instinct to become a Buddha is like we can wake up when we fall asleep, which is different from the dead. This means that although we are ordinary people, we all have the original enlightenment, we are originally Buddhas, and we have the Buddha nature to become Buddhas, so we must first admit that all sentient beings have Buddha nature. Not only do we have Buddha nature, but even sentient beings in the six realms have Buddha nature. Therefore, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva can make such a great wish that all sentient beings must be saved. If he does not have Buddha nature, how can you save him?All sentient beings have Buddha nature. Not only are we humans, but Buddha nature is the original enlightenment and is inherently complete.
The other is called the first awakening. The first awakening is when we first encounter Buddhism. We have some good roots and cultivate blessings. Then we encounter Buddhism. We begin to believe in Buddhism. We begin to understand this world. We begin to learn Buddhism. Just like that person is awakened, about to wake up, and begin to awaken, but not yet truly awaken, we begin to encounter Buddhism. If we can truly develop faith, we are a little awakening. From this, we slowly learn Buddhist scriptures, listen to good teachers tell us about Buddhism, and practice ourselves. It’s like a person is asleep, and someone is calling you, and I hear you. Although I haven’t woken up, you hear you, and you are encouraging yourself to wake up.After practicing this way, you will not wake up completely until you become a Buddha, which is called full awakening. Also called Jueman.I am awake and become a Buddha.
There are three stages of awakening. The original enlightenment is the capital we possess. The initial enlightenment is that we encounter Buddhism, meet good teachers, plant good roots, and move towards Buddhism ourselves. From the beginning of learning Buddhism to the end of becoming a Buddha, we are all following this stage, and we are moving towards the path of Buddha step by step. When we become a Buddha, it is called full awakening. The moon full of consciousness is as complete as the fifteenth moon.Bodhisattvas and tenth-stage bodhisattvas are not perfect, just like the fourteenth moon, and their wisdom is not completely perfect.Only when you become a Buddha can you be like the fifteenth moon. When we recite the Buddha's name, we must understand that all sentient beings have Buddha nature and that we can all become Buddhas. That’s why we dare to believe that we can become Buddhas by chanting Buddha. The method of chanting Buddha’s name is to believe that chanting Buddha’s name can become a Buddha.
Why can you become a Buddha by chanting Buddha’s name?Because we have Buddha nature, we are originally Buddhas.By reciting the Buddha's name, we can clean up our ignorance and afflictions. After washing it, you will eventually become a Buddha. This is a very simple truth. We can all become a Buddha.
Generally speaking, Buddha is self-consciousness, and Buddha is wisdom without a teacher, so he will be enlightened by himself.Which one taught Shakyamuni Buddha to become a Buddha?Buddha realizes himself.Aware of him: Be aware of others, and wake them up when they wake up, just like everyone else’s house is on fire and someone wakes up, he must wake up everyone else;If he wakes up and doesn't call someone, it's wrong. The Arhat just burned the house, and he ran away alone, not calling others, unlike the Bodhisattva, he still realized him and shouted others.Life and death are terrible. You are very dangerous here in the sea of life and death, and everyone has to get up and leave. Our heart sutra chant "Jie Di Jie Di Jie Di Jie Di Jie Di Jie Di Jie Di Jie Di" ", "Jie Di Jie Di" ", everyone is leaving. This is a person who has developed the Bodhicitta. This is a Bodhisattva. Not only do he want to become a Buddha himself, but he also let others become a Buddha. This is called a Bodhisattva. But the Bodhisattva has not yet become a Buddha. When will it be?We must be self-aware, awaken others, and be fully aware of our actions.OK: heng It's about taking action. You just realize that the suffering of this Saha world is to go out, and you cannot go out without taking all kinds of actions.OK: heng There are various practices that follow the Buddhist teachings.Awareness is knowledge, action heng It is action, and we must unite knowledge and action. If you only have knowledge and do not practice it, it will not work. Therefore, you must be enlightened and practice it. This is the Bodhisattva.Bodhisattvas are practicing and looking at the Buddha's fruit position. They have not yet been perfected. When they have achieved the perfect merit, they will become Buddhas, so they are called perfect enlightenment and practice.Awareness is what is now called cognition. Only then did the Buddha completely understand all the principles of the world and beyond, so he is called an enlightened person. The word "Buddha" is simply said in this way. This is how Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, and this is how Amitabha Buddha became. The Buddha and the path of the same path. All Buddhas have become Buddhas by experiencing the Bodhicitta and practicing the Bodhisattva path. Later, when the merits are complete, they become Buddhas.
“"The person who preaches the scriptures interprets it in three words, which is called "what he thinks of him."The ancient "shuo" and Yuetong are written in: what you think in your heart and your own ambitions. This person's ambition is called what he wants. What the Buddha wants and ambitions are to save sentient beings. When the aid of sentient beings is mature, the Buddha will teach them the corresponding Dharma. If he doesn’t say it, the Buddha will not be able to get over it in his heart. Just like if we have something in our heart, we must say it. If we don’t say it, we will be happy and comfortable. The Buddha is trying to save sentient beings. There is such a special method. The Western Pure Land method, if you don’t tell sentient beings that the Buddha’s mind cannot be let go, you must say it. If you say it, your heart will feel comfortable. Therefore, the Buddha wants to preach to sentient beings. When the opportunity for sentient beings is ripe, the Buddha will say whatever Dharma he should listen to. It will be great if he becomes a Buddha. Unlike us ordinary people, the Buddha can go to the ten directions of the world in concentration, and all sentient beings can preach to him. Now he wants to talk about the special Dharma of the Amitabha Sutra. The Buddha must use this method to save the aid of sentient beings, so the Buddha must say it. If he doesn't say that he can't let go of his heart, he will lose his mind after saying it. Therefore, he is called saying it. (yue)What you think of.
Once upon a time, we were listening to Master Xirao’s lectures in Beijing. His secretary was his translator and told us: “This old man, he would be unhappy if no one came to listen to the scriptures for three days.”Because no one listens to the Buddhist teachings in his belly, he will be in awesome. At that time, there were very few people listening to the sutras, and only five or six of us listened to the sutras in Master Xirao. Therefore, a good teacher is like a Buddha. He wants to preach to sentient beings, and he will feel comfortable after he speaks it.That's what "say" is said.I feel happy when I say it.
Let’s talk about it one word by one. The Buddha is our teacher, Sakyamuni Buddha. We have talked about it a lot in our daily life, but we will not talk about it today. You students should learn more about Sakyamuni Buddha, review the history of Sakyamuni Buddha, and read the biography of the Buddha.Reading is the greatest enjoyment. Now we mainly talk about Amitabha Buddha. What we are familiar with Sakyamuni Buddha is here to introduce Amitabha Buddha to us and teach this sutra. We are afraid that we, the sentient beings in the East, will not know the merits and compassion of Amitabha Buddha. You have a great backer waiting for you, and you don’t know that, so you want to tell you.The sutra talks about the solemnity of Amitabha Buddha's dependent retribution, and talks about the compassion and merits of Amitabha Buddha.Amitabha Buddha is the mentor of the Pure Land, and the mentor is the leader who leads you.If you want to go to the Pure Land, you need Amitabha Buddha to guide you, teach you, and guide you.We say that a person has no understanding of his mind and asks him to enlighten him.To enlighten him is to speak to him, to enlighten him in the right direction, to enlighten him.Amitabha Buddha is the teacher of the Pure Land. He guides us to the Pure Land and enlightens us to practice, which is that Amitabha Buddha wants to save us.Sakyamuni Buddha saved sentient beings in the East and was too troublesome to save them, so Sakyamuni Buddha introduced us to another teacher - Amitabha Buddha.
This Amitabha Buddha was the first to make a wish in the past. When he first made a wish in the Buddha, he made a wish to become a monk and practice, and made forty-eight great vows. The forty-eight great vows are in the Amitabha Sutra. (The Great Amitabha Sutra )Speaking of which, the forty-eight vows are not discussed in the small Amitabha Sutra, so we should read the large Amitabha Sutra.Amitabha Buddha made forty-eight great vows when he was practicing in the cause. The first vow: I will become a Buddha in the future and there will be no hungry ghosts and animals in my Buddha land, and there will be no three evil realms. There are hungry ghosts and animals in our Saha world, which are very dangerous and will fall into the three evil realms by accident. Therefore, there are no three evil realms in the Pure Land world in the Western Pure Land. Amitabha Buddha made forty-eight vows. He wanted to practice diligently. It would not work if he made a vow but did not practice. If you have the power of vows, you must practice diligently and cultivate blessings and wisdom to reach this level, and only then can you feel the various solemnity of the Pure Land after becoming a Buddha, open up this pure and solemn world, and guide sentient beings who recite the Buddha's name to be reborn in the Western Pure Land.
What's the best place to be reborn in the Western Paradise?"All sentient beings are born in Ah Bhaka." We often recite the Amitabha Sutra, and we will talk about it later, which is mainly this sentence. What is Ah-Bazhi?It is the Bodhisattva who does not regress. It is called Ah Bazhi. We are called Qingmao Bodhisattvas. If we develop the Bodhicitta, we are called Bodhisattvas, but the Bodhicitta cannot be developed firmly. If we turn it over for a while, we will forget it. If we forget the Bodhicitta, we will not become a Bodhisattva, and the Bodhisattvas who do not retreat will not withdraw from the Bodhicitta. This is the first one. No matter how the Bodhicitta is, we will not forget the Bodhicitta, but when we reach the Western Paradise, we will not withdraw from the Bodhicitta.Because we are very suffering in the Saha world, although we have developed the Bodhicitta, it is very difficult to practice the Bodhisattva Path, and sentient beings will not give it to you. When Shakyamuni Buddha saved a brother and became a monk, he would cause trouble.Only in this Pure Land can the Bodhisattva never retreat when he reaches that place, and he will not encounter obstacles. Therefore, after he reaches the Western Pure Land, he will always become a saint, will not be an ordinary person, and will not retreat from the Bodhicitta, and the Bodhisattva will be calm, so it is called "not retreating from the position of the Western Pure Land". As long as all sentient beings are reborn in the Western Pure Land, they will sit firmly and never retreat from the Bodhicitta, so it is called the Bodhisattva who does not retreat. Therefore, "all sentient beings are born in the Pure Land are Ah-Bashi". As long as all sentient beings are reborn in the Western Pure Land, they are Bodhisattvas who do not retreat. We Bodhisattvas are light-haired Bodhisattvas. If you become a Bodhisattva for a while, you will not be a Bodhisattva. It is like a chicken feather and will fall when the wind blows.Bodhisattvas in the Pure Land will not encounter obstacles, so when they arrive there, they will be Bodhisattvas who will not retreat.Anyone who is reborn in the Western Paradise will not retreat, and he will be able to save all living beings forever. The third thing is that the thoughts in your mind will not retreat. The thoughts in your mind that you want to become a Buddha will not retreat. You have the capital to do good deeds, so it is called "all sentient beings are Ah-Bazhi".This is the first benefit of the Pure Land, and this is the greatest benefit. As long as you go there, you will always be a Bodhisattva, and you will not be able to fall into the three evil realms. There are no three evil realms in the Pure Land at all. This is the case in the world.
Amitabha Buddha is the leader of the Pure Land. Why is Amitabha Buddha also called Amitabha Buddha? We monks and those who laughed at us, and when they saw us, they said, "You all chant Amitabha Buddha."We are chanting Amitabha Buddha. What is going on with Amitabha Buddha?I have met some people who are kind to Buddhism, some believe in Buddhism, some do not believe in it, and they say to me, "What's that? I went to visit the temple and I asked the monks in the hall what's going on with Amitabha Buddha? He can't tell me."They are very disappointed. How did you monks do it?In the guarding hall, I don’t even know what Amitabha Buddha is.So let’s learn the Amitabha Sutra, and later people ask Amitabha what’s going on. The three words “Amitabha” are Sanskrit, Indian, Sanskrit, and Indian race.
Where does the race of the world come from?Everyone is studying this issue. They talk about evolutionary theory that human race is transformed by monkeys. In India, there was no one on the earth at first, but it was the heavenly beings of the light and sound heaven. Originally, the heavenly beings came to the earth and ate the things produced on the earth. (Fertilizer ),Earth fertilizer is like mushrooms, which grow naturally and can nourish people. Heavenly celestial beings in the sky should not eat that thing. If the earth fertilizer is eaten, it is not a heavenly being. If the body is not as heavy as heaven, it will become the first human in the Saha world. This is what India says about the first human in the Saha world. The light and sound heaven is Brahma in the form realm. Because Indians say that his race came from Brahma, his language is called Sanskrit, which is the ancient Indian language, which is equivalent to our Chinese classical Chinese. The common words are not Sanskrit, but Pali. The Hinayana Buddhist scriptures that are passed down now are spelled out in the language of Pali. Pali is an ancient Indian vernacular and popular language, so classical Chinese is called Sanskrit, and Indians say that these languages are Sanskrit.Amitabha is a Sanskrit word, which is translated directly into infinite life and infinite light. In terms of time, Amitabha Buddha has endless life. In which year does Amitabha Buddha pass away, Guanyin Bodhisattva will take over the position and become a Buddha in the Pure Land. But how could Buddha pass away? That is manifested.Buddha will never pass away and save sentient beings forever. He has shown Nirvana in the Pure Land, and then went to another world to become a Buddha to save sentient beings. Not only is Amitabha Buddha an infinite life, but all Buddhas are infinite life. How could you die if you become a Buddha? You can’t die.The Dharma body of the Buddha mentioned by Amitabha, the Dharma body is immortal.
The following are the three bodies of Buddha: Dharma body, reward body, and incarnation body. The Dharma body has not ended. Every day, I went to the hall to recite "One True Dharma Realm, quiet and harmonious, vertical and horizontal, horizontal and horizontal, pure Dharma body, Vairocana Buddha." I went to the hall to worship Vairocana Buddha. This was called the Great Refuge to worship.Pure Dharma Body Buddha, perfect reward body Buddha, and hundreds of billions of incarnations Shakyamuni Buddha. What is the Dharmakaya Buddha? The Dharma body has no form, and formless means that there is no attachment to all sentient beings, any kind.If the Dharma body has its appearance, it cannot be transformed and saved all living beings. The appearance of the Dharma body is the true nature of all dharmas, which is what we need to learn to study Prajna. What we ordinary people see are false appearances. When we are enlightened, we will see a little real appearance, the true nature of all dharmas. When we speak the Dharma, we will talk about one Dharma seal. Generally speaking, the three Dharma seals. When we speak the Mahayana, we will talk about one seal, and one Reality seal. Buddhism is this reality, and this is the true nature of all dharmas. What is the true appearance of all dharmas? It means that all the false appearances seen by us sentient beings are gone. That is the true appearance of all dharmas, which is the ultimate truth and the truth of all dharmas that you are now talking about. This will be enlightened and this will be realized when you become a Buddha. What is the true appearance of all dharmas? What is the width of this real phase?Take care of it for many times?"The three realms are vertically stretched, and the ten directions are horizontally spreading." There is such a true form in the entire universe and the Dharma Realm. All dharmas are this true form. What true form?Without the false distinction between us sentient beings, we are the true form. The appearances we all see are all about wearing colored glasses and not seeing the truth. When we study Prajna, we must learn this truth. Reciting the Heart Sutra means seeing the truth. This truth can be said to be ordinary truth. Only after we have lost all our wrong views can we see this true truth. This true form is called "vertical expansion of the three realms and horizontal expansion of the ten directions". The universal truth exists everywhere, so this infinite, so it is called infinite light. Light is your wisdom light. Your wisdom light has proved the truth of all dharmas. This truth is the Dharma body of the Buddha. Everyone has a Buddha and everyone has a Dharma body. When you become a Buddha, everyone has an infinite light. As long as you become a Buddha, you have a Dharma body of the entire universe, what does this Dharma body look like?It is hard to say, just use light as a metaphor. When the light comes, it drives away darkness. You can realize the wisdom of the Dharma body. You can drive away any ignorance. Light is your wisdom and light. Use light to describe the realm of becoming a Buddha. This is how you can't explain it clearly. Light is used as a metaphor for you. Light is the opposite of ignorance. With light, there is no ignorance. If you eliminate ignorance, you will be called becoming a Buddha.
When you study Tantric Buddhism, Tantric Buddhism talks about light, ultimate light, metaphor for light, and perfect reality. The ultimate light is the true Buddhahood, so Zen Buddhism does not allow people to say that light, and say that you see something light, and cling to that light means that you have been enlightened, and you are wrong. Therefore, you should not seek enlightenment at the door of light and shadow. If you become a Buddha's wisdom, you use the metaphor of light and light, which means that you have eliminated ignorance. This is called the Dharma body. This Dharma body is great and has nothing outside, and the Dharma body fills the Dharma realm.Light will not fight, so the light of a Buddha is everywhere in the universe and the Dharma Realm, and all the light of a Buddha is everywhere in the universe and the Dharma Realm, so it is called infinite light. When the Buddha's Dharma body is not destroyed, there is no time nature, and the infinite light means there is no space nature.Everything in our ordinary realm has time-based spatiality, and the realm of Dharmakaya is that there is no time-based and no spatiality.Amitabha is without time and is not subject to time;As long as you become a Buddha, you will always be a Buddha.Infinite light has no spatial nature. As long as you become a Buddha, you will always be a Buddha. This means that the Buddha's Dharma body has no form. If you can't draw a Buddha's Dharma body, you will talk about infinite light. Infinite will draw it for you. Your mind is so big, your world is so big, and the Buddha's Dharma body is so big.Originally, the minds of our sentient beings are as big as those of Buddhas, because we have restrained ourselves less. Thinking of me being just a little bit big, just like this house to hold me. This is the view of our ignorant and troubled sentient beings, and our understanding is so narrow and narrow. This is not the case when he becomes a Buddha. The wish of becoming a Buddha is to save sentient beings throughout the universe and the Dharma Realm. His Dharma body does not fill the Dharma Realm. How can he save sentient beings throughout the universe and the Dharma Realm? Therefore, infinite light is a metaphor, and the tantric perfection process is about metaphorical light and ultimate light. It is a metaphor that there is a gap between the light and the ultimate light. Only when you truly see the ultimate light is the Dharma body.
When we recite Namo Amitabha Buddha and recite the three words Amitabha, we should still understand the meaning. Amitabha is infinite light and infinite life, which is the Dharmakaya Buddha we worship in the morning, "the three realms of the world". From the perspective of time nature, it has no past and future and is not subject to the control of time;"Horizontal all directions", uncontrolled by space, and great liberation. All worldly dharmas have time and space. Once Buddhas have great liberation, the concept of time and space will change. This is what we are now studying physics and learning advanced, and we will gradually understand this issue. In fact, the Dharma bodies of all Buddhas are infinite light and infinite life. Not only Amitabha Buddha, but the difference between all Buddhas is the power of vows. Each person's vows are different ways of saving lives. Amitabha Buddha said that he should save sentient beings forever and forever, so he should save sentient beings. No matter where he should save sentient beings, he is infinite light. We understand the principle of Dharma body. Everyone is a Buddha. Everyone has such a Dharma body. You have not discovered it yourself and you have not excavated it through practice. So you give it to ignorance and troubles and bury your treasure of Buddha nature. Therefore, the Lotus Sutra says that when you go out, your relatives sew a priceless bead in your clothes. You run around and have no money to use it. You don’t know if there is a priceless bead. The Buddha nature of our sentient beings has existed since time immemorial. We don’t know that we can become Buddhas, but we run around the affairs of ordinary people in one day. How can we grasp a high position, how can we store some money in my bag and keep it in the bank, and get it if we want to take it. We only know this, and we don’t know that we are Buddhas. With such a big family business, I could have become a Buddha, so why did I tie me up for these things.
