I have seen chickens sit in the chicken coop for several days! Wisdom comes from, no matter what movement your body does, you are alert and clear.Practice should start from the moment you wake up in the morning and continue until you go to bed at night.Don't worry about how long you can sit. The important thing is whether you can stay awake and clearly.Everyone has their own natural life span. Some people die at the age of 60, while others die until the age of 90.Therefore, each of you does not have to be consistent in your practice, so don’t think about or worry about this.Try to stay awake and let things follow their natural laws. No matter what state you are in, your heart will become more and more peaceful.It is like a clear pond in the forest, where all the beautiful and rare animals come to drink water. You clearly see the true face of everything, and see the beautiful and strange animals coming and leaving, but you are still silent.Troubles arise, but you can see through them immediately.This is the peace and happiness that the Buddha has obtained.
