Volume 4 (from the 30th to the 48th grade. The end is the postscript, re-record and appendix.)
The focus of this volume is: (1) Following the previous 28th and 29th grades, to understand the vows of Bodhisattva Pure Land, and to cultivate true merits. All Buddhas praise each other for their perfect practice. It also makes the country clear and peaceful, and the life is endless, and it encourages rebirth.(2) To purify filth, denounce the evil and sufferings of the turbid world, and to abandon the five evils, to eliminate the five pains, to freeze the five burns, to encourage the world to practice good deeds, to encourage the great teachings and to keep the sutras and precepts, and to save the body. The scriptures describe the karma of sentient beings that commit the three poisons and five evils, which will cause the retribution of torture and turn and burn.It points to the cause of suffering and shows the way of suffering. We want to make sentient beings understand the cause and effect deeply, stop doing evil and good, benefit sentient beings, and benefit the world.Dedicate this to be reborn in the Pure Land.(3) Blessing the Buddha to appear light, these four groups will all see the Pure Land. Amitabha Buddha will benefit those who see them, and those who hear them will gain faith.(IV) Show the border area and doubt the city.It shows that the doubts have not been eliminated, but still recite the Buddha's name and practice good deeds, wishing that those who are reborn in the Pure Land will be reborn.(5) This sutra is circulated and praised the chanting of Buddha's name, and encourages the instructors to think about this sutra. When the sutra is destroyed, this sutra is left alone. If you keep thinking about it continuously, you will be able to achieve success.'If you are lucky enough to hear such wonderful Dharma, you should always recite the Buddha's name and be happy.'We all encourage you to sow blessings and cultivate good deeds, recite the Buddha's name and make vows, and be reborn in the Pure Land.
The 30th Bodhisattva Practice
Chapter 28 to 32 of the sutras all understand the wonderful virtues of Bodhisattvas in the Pure Land.In this chapter, the Bodhisattva’s wonderful practice of self-awareness and awareness: saving all sentient beings, preaching the Dharma, explaining the Dharma with unobstructed wisdom, and practicing equally and diligently in the three realms, ultimately reaching the One Vehicle, and other superior practices. As for the 31st and 32nd chapters, we can understand the merits and wonderful fruits of Bodhisattvas in that land. The Buddha said this Dharma, which means that sentient beings in all directions will be happy and admired, seeking rebirth in the Pure Land, and will be able to meet with such good people and practice the perfect merits of such a perfection.
Furthermore, Ananda: In that Buddha land, all Bodhisattvas, meditation, wisdom, supernatural powers and virtues are perfect. The secret treasures of all Buddhas are ultimately clear. To subdue all the roots, the body and mind are soft.Deeply understand the right wisdom and no more rehabilitation.According to the Buddha's actions, the seven holy paths of enlightenment. The five eyes of practice can reflect the truth and understand the common people.Simple choice for the naked eye;A clear and clear eye of heaven; The Dharma eyes are pure;A wise eye shows the truth; The Buddha's eyes are complete and he realizes the Dharma nature.
This chapter understands the great practices of Bodhisattvas in that land, and contains three contents: 1. The masters’ self-rewarding virtues.2. The great masters are virtuous.3. Perfect virtue. The previous paragraph of Master Ming gains his own virtue.
‘Meditation Wisdom: Meditation is the fifth level of the six paramitas, and wisdom is the sixth level. These two are the masters of the six degrees. Therefore, the first mark is marked. Also, concentration and wisdom should be kept equally. As the "Huisu" says: "If you have concentration but no wisdom, you will be the same as the two vehicles sink into emptiness."If you have wisdom but no stability, you will be the same as heretics’ evil thoughts. Therefore, we should take it both.''Supernatural Powers' are the six powers such as the heavenly eyes and the heavenly ears.'Weide'.The mighty one is the god of power. It means that it is powerful and brave, and it is unpredictable.Virtue refers to merit. As the "Wei Translation" says: "The power and merits of Amitabha Buddha are incredible.'All Bodhisattvas in that country have achieved complete success in the above meditation, wisdom, supernatural powers and powers. Therefore, it is said that 'all are perfect'.The "Two Teachings" says: "The Tathagata" is a secret treasure, which means the secret teachings.'It means the profound and mysterious true words spoken by the Dharmakaya Tathagata, which are called 'secret treasure'.In addition, "A Brief History of Monks" says: "The secret treasure is the Dharma of Dharani. This is the secret of the Dharma, not the realm of the two vehicles, and is able to walk around by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.'The secret treasure is Dharani. This method is profound and secret, and cannot be practiced by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the Hinayana teachings. This sutra says that the Master of Pure Land has finally understood the secret treasures of all Buddhas. To sum up the above two meanings, it means that all the great masters have profound secrets of the Dharmakaya Tathagata, all the difficult words and Dharani are completely integrated and understandable."Dongxuan Ji" says: "The harmony is harmony, and the subduing is restraining. It means to harmonize the karma of the body, speech and mind, and to suppress and eliminate all evil deeds.'It is probably to regulate the three karma and to get rid of evil deeds. The 'senses' are the six senses such as eyes and ears.'Suppressing all the roots' means regulating the body and mind, and keeping them free from dust and evil.'Soft' means that the heart is gentle and follows the Tao.On the contrary, it is strong, and strong is difficult to educate. The Lotus Sutra says: 'As sentient beings believe in the subjugation, their minds are straight and their minds are soft.'That is, the meaning of 'soft body and mind'.'Just wisdom' true wisdom.True, true. The right one is innocent.Li is reversed and correct. It is also true to the truth. Therefore, it is called "right wisdom" to be free from false distinctions and to illuminate the wisdom of the true mind.'Remaining experience'.After the troubles are eliminated, the remaining habits are called remaining habits. Also known as residual habit, or directly called habit. The two vehicles cannot eliminate other habits, but only the Buddha can eliminate them. The Great Wisdom Treatise says: "Although Arhats and Pratyekabuddhas break through the three poisons, their energy cannot be divided. It is like incense in a vessel. Even though the fragrance is gone, the remaining energy is there. It is also like the firewood of plants and trees, and the fire smoke is burning out, and the charcoal ash is endless, and the firepower is weak. The Buddha's three poisons will never be eliminated, just like the fire burning Mount Sumeru after the disaster, all the land will be gone, without smoke or charcoal. For example, Shariputra's remaining habit of anger, his remaining habit of lust, and his other habit of arrogance. For example, when a person is locked and first removed, his actions are still inconvenient.'The Bodhisattva of Pure Land has no remaining habits', which shows that he can reach the Buddha's practice. Therefore, the Wei Translation says that the great masters in that land "finish all the Bodhisattvas who have accomplished countless merits."
‘The seven awakenings are the seven awakening branches, also known as the seven awakening parts, or the seven bodhi parts. The awakened one has the meaning of enlightenment and awareness. There are seven types of awareness, so it is called branch, or division. The seven types are called: thought, wisdom (also known as selection of Dharma), diligence, lightness, joy, concentration, and practice. The meaning of these seven enlightenment roots is: (1) Select the Dharma and the awakening roots to simply select the authenticity of the wisdom Dharma.(2) Diligent and awakening the root, get rid of evil actions with a brave heart, and practice the true method.(3) The joyful awareness and enlightenment will bring joy to the mind.(4) Light and calm awareness, eliminate the heavy body and mind, and make the body and mind light and good.(5) The mindfulness and enlightenment are always clear and remembered, and never forget them, so that they are equal.(6) The concentration and awareness links make the mind live in one state without being distracted.(7) Practice and abandon the root of enlightenment, abandon all false false and false false, and abandon all dharmas.Be calm and don't remember. In addition, "Hui Shu" says: "The seven awakening branches are (1) the part of choosing the Dharma awakening. When wisdom and wisdom (wisdom) observe all dharmas, goodness can concise the truth and falsehood, and do not mislead false laws, so it is called selecting Dharma.(2) Diligent enlightenment and awareness. When you diligently practice all the Dharmas, you can realize it well, and do not misuse the useless asceticism. You always practice diligently in the true Dharma, so it is called diligence.(3) Joy and awakening. If the mind is happy, you can realize this joy. You will not rely on the inverted Dharma to be happy. If you live in the true Dharma, you will be happy. Therefore, it is called joy.(4) Eliminate the part of enlightenment (that is, the light and calm awareness). If you eliminate all the troubles of seeing and afflictions, you can realize good things, eliminate all hypocrisy, and do not damage the true good roots, so it is called elimination.(5) Give up (that is, the predecessor) awareness. If you give up the realm you see and think of, you can realize it well. The realm you give up is hypocritical and unreal, and you will never recall it. This is to give up.(6) The part of concentration and awareness. If you can realize the falseness of all meditations when you are experiencing meditations, you will not have the delusion of seeing and love, which is concentration.(7) Thoughts and awakening are the part. If you practice the worldly path, you will be able to awaken yourself, and you will always make your concentration and wisdom even.If the mind sinks, you should use the three awakening parts of the method of choosing, diligence, and joy to detect it.If the mind is floating, you should use the three awakenings, such as elimination, abandonment, and concentration. Therefore, the thoughts and consciousness are always between the two pillars, and the adjustment is appropriate, which is the thought. These seven common parts are called the Awareness, and one part of Bodhi can be reached.'
‘The holy path refers to the eight holy paths, also known as the eight righteous paths. It means: a correct view. Two positive thinking.Three righteous words.Four main tasks.Five righteous fates. The six righteousnesses are diligent.Seven mindfulness.Eightfold concentration."Amitabha's Commentary" says: "A correct view is the "Miscellaneous Collection" says: If the real enlightenment is achieved when the root of enlightenment is established with wisdom, the truth is clear and there are no mistakes."The second correct thinking means that when you see this principle, you will be incompatible with the mind without any leakage.Thinking is equal to the point of increasing growth into Nirvana. The three correct words are not based on the mind and without evil thoughts, but because of the wisdom of non-leakage, the four karmas of mouth are absorbed, and the four good words are retained. The four correct karmas are used to eliminate all three evil karmas of the body with their unobstructed wisdom, and to purify the body karma. For the five correct fates, the five evil fates of the three karmas are eliminated by the unobstructed wisdom. Those who are diligent in the six right and have no leakage wisdom, should diligently practice diligently and pursue the path of Nirvana.Seven correct mindfulnesses use unobstructed wisdom to reflect on the right path and the help of the path, so that the mind is not moved and lost. The eight right concentration is to correspond to the wisdom of non-leakage, and to be correct in the truth, and to be determined and unchanged. Those who say righteousness are called righteousness because they do not rely on evil deeds. The name of the path to Nirvana. If the "Avatamsaka Sutra" is the chapter on the Avatamsaka Sutra, then the eightfold right are all Bodhisattva paths. Those with correct views are far away from all evil views. Those who think correctly have abandoned the delusional discrimination and followed all wisdom.Even those who are upright and calm are good at entering the inconceivable liberation gate of Bodhisattvas, and entering and leaving all samadhis in the first samadhi.Isn’t Shi Yun proved this article profound?'It is said that although the seven enlightenment branches and the eight righteous paths are all Hinayana Dharma, they are actually understand the Mahayana. As the "Wisdom of Wisdom" says: "The thirty-seven grades are all-encompassing, and that is, the infinite Taoist grades are also included.'The Pure Name says: 'The Tao is the cause of the Dharma body.'Also in Nirvana,' says: 'If a person can observe the Eightfold Paths, he will see the Buddha nature, which is called the enlightenment.'The Commentary on Amitabha's Commentary says: 'The Taoist qualities are one, and there is no fixed view of the size of wisdom.'The sutra says: 'Based on the seven holy paths that the Buddha has practiced', it means that the Bodhisattvas in that land use the Buddha to observe wisdom to enter the path.
‘Five Eyes of Practice'.The Buddha has five eyes. The Bodhisattva aspires to seek Buddha's virtues. The Buddha's virtue is immeasurable, so I briefly raise the five eyes to summarize the rest. These five eyes are 'real and polite'.It is possible to see true emptiness and the non-empty nature of Tathagatagarbha, so it is called "Significant".He can also see the colors of countless worlds, and the nature of sentient beings in that place, and the things of death, life and the other, so it is called "reaching the common people".Because of the truth, one should consciously practice perfection and achieve the ultimate;Because of understanding the customs, we should set up teachings at random to save countless lives. Now this Pure Land method is the ultimate truth and the world.'Seeing the truth' shows the truth, 'reaching the common truth', understanding the common truth, and showing the middle truth both. The three truths are incredible. Also 're true', so it is true.'Understanding the customs', so broad. Therefore, all kinds of people will be collected together and finally escape.
‘The naked eye, that is, the eye of the body of the human world. If you can see the appearance of the color image, it is called "simple selection".
‘The Eye of Heaven' is the Eye of Heaven's Interest. The Great Wisdom Treatise says: "What the heavenly eyes see, the world of the earth (the realm of one's own residence, for example, the realm of form is the realm of form) and the lower land (lower than the realm of form, from the realm of form, from the realm of earth, for example, the realm of desire) all sentient beings in the six realms, whether near or far, or coarse or fine colors, cannot shine.'Also "Jingying Commentary" says: 'All meditation is called heavenly residence. If you get the eyes by Zen, you are called the Heavenly Eye.You can see the life and death of sentient beings and deaths.'The sky eye actually possesses the above two meanings. There are two types of heavenly eyes: one is obtained through retribution, and the other is obtained through cultivation. What is said in "Jingying" refers to those who have achieved enlightenment. The pure eyes born in the heavens in the realm of form are naturally born into the pure eyes, which is to reward them.It means that it is obtained from the consequences, which is not due to the cultivation. Also, those who are "understanding" are, as the "Shi Di Lun" says: "The naked eye sees near but not far away, sees front but not back, sees outside but not inside, sees day but not night, sees top but not bottom."Because of this, I seek the heavenly eye.It is possible that the sky's eyes are both far and near, and the front, back, inside and outside, and above are all unobstructed.'Therefore it is said to be 'comprehensible'.The filthy eye of the heavenly eyes also sees that there is no more than three thousand great thousand. The Bodhisattva's heavenly eyes in that land see the life and death of sentient beings in the ten directions.
‘Dharma Eye'.Wangxi said: "The wisdom of the conventional truth and wisdom can illuminate the Dharma, so it is called the Dharma eye."'Jingxing said:'The Dharma Eye is based on wisdom as the body, which can see the desire and nature of sentient beings and the Dharma of all Buddhas, so it is called the Dharma Eye.'The Annotation says: 'The method of clearly observing the difference between fate and birth is called the Dharma eye.'The translation of Wei says: 'The Dharma eye observes the ultimate path.'The sutra says that 'The Dharma Eye is pure', and its meaning should be as stated in the "Three Treasures of Dharma Numbers": 'The Dharma Eye is a Bodhisattva who uses the pure Dharma Eye to observe all dharmas and can know and do it.It means that the practice of action is the law, and that the path can be realized. It is also known that all kinds of convenient doors of all sentient beings can be practiced and realized.'From the above, we can see that Bodhisattvas can know, practice, and know all kinds of practices and the ways they have attained. Those who know all kinds of convenient doors to save all sentient beings are called pure Dharma eyes. The Dharma eyes of the Bodhisattva Pure Land are also like this, so it is said that the Dharma eyes are pure.
‘A wise eye'.Looking west said: "The truth of the truth can illuminate the principle of emptiness (true emptiness), so it is called the wisdom eye.'Jingxing said:'The wisdom eyes take empty wisdom as the body, illuminating the truth of emptiness.'Also the "Mahayana Chapter" says: 'Thinking of wisdom is wisdom, and wisdom can shine on the eye, so it is called wisdom.'The truth' is also the one who is 'seeing the truth'.Jingying said: "You can see the true emptiness, so it is called seeing the true.'The "Wisdom of Wisdom" says: 'The wisdom eye can see the principle of breaking the emptiness of appearance and seeing the true emptiness.'Also said: 'For the truth, seek wisdom. If you gain wisdom eyes, you will not see sentient beings, and you will destroy all the strange appearances. To abandon all attachments and not to accept all dharmas, wisdom is destroyed by itself, this is called wisdom eye.'The Sutra of Siyi says: 'What is the method of seeing with wisdom?Answer: If you see something, you don’t know how to see it.With a wise eye, you cannot see the conditioned law, and you cannot see the inaction law.So, all conditioned laws are falsely distinguished.Without false distinctions, this is called wisdom eye.The law of inaction is empty and has nothing, and it passes through the eyes. Therefore, the wisdom eye cannot see the law of inaction.'The above quotes the sutras and treatises to explain the purpose of "seeing the truth with wisdom" and the theory of "Siyi Sutra" and "Great Treatises" are the most exquisite.Only when you see clearly, you have nothing to see, you cannot see action, and you cannot see nothing to do, you are called seeing the truth.'Wisdom is destroyed from the inside', which is the Heart Sutra', "no wisdom and no gain" and is the result of the Buddha nature.
‘Buddha's eyes'.The eyes of Tathagata are called Buddha's eyes, which are the eyes that illuminate the true nature of all dharmas.'Complete', Jingxing said: 'All kinds of wisdom are the body, and they cannot be ignored, so it is said to be complete.'The Lotus Chinese Verses says: 'The Buddha's eyes are perfect and the original is superior and the inferior. When the four eyes enter the Buddha's eyes, they are all called Buddha's eyes.'It is said that the essence of the Buddha's eyes is the supreme and special, and it is called the original superiority. But there are also both inferior ones, and the other four eyes are inferior. As for the most victorious one, one can see the Buddha nature. Those who are both inferior have the functions of the other four eyes, so they can reflect all the laws of the two truths of truth and common people. Some people may doubt that the Buddha gave up his body, so why did he have the naked eye?The "Wisdom of Wisdom" says: "Although the wisdom eye, the Dharma eye, and the Buddha eye are superior, they do not see the Dharma of sentient beings."If you want to see sentient beings, you only need your naked eyes.'Yi Ji also said: 'There are naked eyes, so it is known that the inner color of the obstacles.'In order to save sentient beings, he has the appearance of Buddha, so he also has the naked eye.'Aware of the Dharma nature', "Jingying Shu" says: 'The Buddha's eyes can see the true Tathagata's garbha, which is not empty and true, and is called the Dharma nature.'Jingxing said:'It can correspond to all the wisdom of the Buddha, realize the ultimate meaning of the middle way, so it is said to realize the Dharma nature.'It is also said: 'It also sees the Buddha nature, so it is said to realize the Dharma nature.'Therefore, knowing that the Buddha's eyes can realize the nature of the Dharma, which is what the "Wenju" calls the original victory, which is not something that other eyes can achieve, but is the thoroughness of the Buddha's eyes.As for those who have completeness, they show the roundness of the Buddha's eyes and have the full use of all eyes.
Some people may doubt that in other sutras, there is a wisdom eye as the third and a Dharma eye as the fourth, so why is it contrary to this sutra? Both Yiji and Wangxi interpret it as the realm of Dharma Eye mentioned in this sutra is the same as the previous two eyes, and the true meaning is the same, and the wisdom eye can see the true meaning.Truth is better than the common people, so this sutra has the third eye and the fourth eye of wisdom. If we talk about the order of cultivation, we must first understand the truth before we can guide the common people. Therefore, there are those who are in the fourth place with the Dharma eye in other scriptures. As the "Creation of the Romance of Huayan" says: "For the Tao, first cultivate the naked eye."If you see thickness with your naked eyes, you cannot see fineness with your eyes. Then you will cultivate the heavenly eyes. The heavenly eyes see color, but not the true realm, so we cultivate the wisdom eyes. The wisdom of seeing the truth, but the truth is not seen, so the Dharma-like eye is practiced. The Dharma eye is not round, so you can practice the Buddha eye.'The "Wisdom Treatise on Wisdom" also says: 'Bodhisattva Mahasattva? When you first make up your mind, you can see with your naked eyes that all sentient beings in the world suffer from all sufferings and your heart becomes compassionate, so you can ask for a wise eye to help them.Having obtained the wisdom eye, seeing the various differences in the minds of sentient beings, how can we make sentient beings obtain the real Dharma? Therefore, seek the Dharma eye and guide sentient beings.'Only by understanding the truth can we guide the common people, which is the preface to other scriptures. As for this sutra, truth is better than common people, so wisdom is the fourth. This is the order of the two eyes of Dharma and wisdom in this sutra, which is different from other sutras.
In the previous passage, "All perfect" was the general praise before. Now, the cause of all perfection is to ultimately understand the secret treasure of the Buddha. Therefore, it is like exploring water to get the source, and finding branches to get the root.Get the root of it and don’t worry about the branches. The ancient saying "Get one of them, everything will be done."If you can understand the essence of the Buddha, you will naturally subdue all the roots, just like holding the Vajra King's sword in your hand, and you will all kill them, and you will not exist, and the sword is not a sword. Therefore, you are good at subduing, your body and mind are harmonious, and "deeply enter the right wisdom".The body and mind are in harmony, and the right wisdom is clear, so the remaining habits of troubles are constantly eliminated. The wishes are supreme, follow the Tathagata, follow the Buddha's teachings, and follow the Buddha's teachings, so they practice the seven holy paths of enlightenment. The five eyes of Buddha are practiced.According to the truth, you can understand the common people and be calm.If you make continuous progress, you will understand the Buddha's eyes, realize the Dharma nature, and ultimately realize the Tathagata secret store. Therefore, we know that all wonderful virtues are derived from the Buddha's secret treasures. All the wonderful virtues are returned to this secret treasure.
Eloquence is always upholding, and freedom is free.Be good at understanding the boundless conveniences in the world. What you say is sincere and profound.Save all sentient beings and preach the Dharma. There is no form and no action, no bondage or escape. No distinction, stay away from reversal. No ingestion is taken from what you enjoy.Traveling all over the Buddha's land, without love and without suffocation. There is no hope or desire. There is no idea that I will disobey. Why?Those Bodhisattvas have great compassion and benefits to all sentient beings.Give up all attachments and achieve infinite merits. With unobstructed wisdom, we can understand the Dharma as if it is.Good knowledge is convenient for the sound of the sound of the accumulation and extinction. If you don’t like the world, you will enjoy the right argument.
2. The master of Pure Land’s Pilgrimage to the altruistic practices and the merits are fulfilled. This also contains three meanings: (1) The wonderful method of speaking.(2) Visit the Buddha lands.(III) Benefit all living beings. The above three are mutually inclusive.
(1) From "eloquence" to "staying away from inversion" to Bodhisattvas' wisdom and virtue.'The eloquence is always held' in "Wei Translation" "with all eloquence".Therefore, we know that the meaning of "the same as that" has all kinds of meanings, which shows that the great masters in that land have all kinds of eloquence. Also, the general holding is Dharani, so it can also be interpreted as Dharani, which is a Dharani who has eloquence. The following says, "Free and unobstructed," which shows that the Bodhisattva has the ultimate argument of unobstructedness. There are four or nine who are unobstructed. The four unobstructed arguments, and each of them is four unobstructed wisdom and four unobstructed interpretations. This is the wisdom of the Bodhisattva preaching. From the perspective of intention and karma, it is called understanding, or wisdom. From the perspective of oral karma, it is called argument. There are four arguments, as the Nirvana Sutra says: "The Bodhisattva can obtain four unobstructed things in this way: the Dharma is unobstructed, the righteousness is unobstructed, the words are unobstructed, and the joy of speaking is unobstructed.'The nine debaters, as the "Prajna Sutra of the Heavenly King" says: 'There is no shame, endless debate, continuous debate, constant debate, no cowardice, no fear, no fear, no shared debate, no boundless debate, and all the gods and people love to reverberate debate.'These nine are also called unobstructed argument. The Pure Land master has all kinds of unobstructed and wonderful arguments, and there are no obstacles, so it is said that "the eloquence is always held, and there is no obstacle."
‘Being good at understanding the boundless convenience of the world is differentiated wisdom.Convenient means skillfulness. We are good at knowing the nature and desires of all sentient beings, and skillfully preach the Dharma, so we can take advantage of the opportunity.'What you say is sincere and profound, and the meaning is deeply rooted in the taste'.'Sincerity' means sincerity and truth.Understand fundamental wisdom and understand the truth. To obtain the wisdom of differentiation and to know the chance of sentient beings, the method I have said is "deeply understood".By following the principles and opportunities, those who hear them can enter the principles and understand the principles and deeply understand the taste of the Dharma, and all of them can be saved. Therefore, it is said to "rescue all sentient beings."In order to understand the truth, the laws mentioned are all the correct laws.'The Dharma' is the true Dharma."The Cave of Victory Garland" says: "The Buddha can teach sentient beings with the right Dharma.'This true Dharma is, 'no form and no action, no bondage and no escape, no distinction, and far away from confusion'.'No form', Jingying said: 'All dharmas are empty, and they are called formless.'Also the Nirvana Sutra says: 'Nirvana is called formless. What causes and conditions are called formless?Good man: Because there are no ten forms. What are ten: the so-called color, sound, fragrance, taste, touch, birth, residence, bad appearance, male appearance, and female appearance. It is called the Ten Phases. There is no such form, so it is called no form.'The secret teachings have two meanings: shallow and deep.Tantric teachings explain the existence of appearance but not form, the two interpretations of the two superficial and profound secrets.(1) The simplest thing is: it means that the various laws of the body and mind that ordinary people see are revealed in appearance, and the mind is manifested in appearance, and it is easy to know and see, which is called having appearance. The nature of all dharmas is formless and invisible, and does not exist in one form, which is called formless.(2) The profound secret means that those with appearances are all laws and their appearances clearly and dwell. There is nothing in one form, and there is nothing left in one form.It has all appearances but no appearance, so it is called formless. It is not colorless and invisible.'Wareless' is the same as 'Wareless' for creation without cause and condition. See the note of 'Wareless' for details in the 17th chapter.'No bondage and no removal'.In the world, ignorance and afflictions are bound, and by eliminating delusions, it is escaping from the truth. However, the unknown ignorance and the Dharma nature are originally one.The nature of Dharma is like water, and ignorance is like ice.Although the appearance is different, if it is found in its essence, the ice body of ignorance is the water of the Dharma nature."Xuanyi" refers to ignorance and troubles, "Like ice is water, like water is ice."Because ice and water are the same, there is no bondage and escape.'No distinction' means non-duality, which is like this. The essence of the Dharma Realm is not two equal, so it is called "just".All dharmas are the same, so it is called "ruru".The Mahayana Chapter says: 'Everyone is like each other, so it is called Ruru.If it is not false, it is also called true nature in the sutra.'Everyone is like each other, and naturally, there is no distinction'.The Manjushri Prajna Sutra also says: "If you believe that all dharmas are Buddhist Dharma, you will not be frightened or confused."Such a nativity can quickly attain Anut Bodhi.'The Great Treasure Sutra also says: 'Even the nature of all dharmas and Buddha nature, so all dharmas are Buddhist Dharma.'If you believe that all dharmas are Buddhist Dharma, there will be no distinction.'Keep away from confusion', as mentioned above, all things are in line with the reality, so there is no confusion. Those who are deluded are, as Master Luo Shi said in the notes of the "Pure Name Sutra": "The existence or non-view is contrary to the Dharma image, which is called delusion.'It is said that both having views and not seeing have views, and they all have attachments, which violate the equality of all dharmas, so it is called reversal. There are four sentences in 'No form and inaction' and the following 'stay away from delusion', which show the true Dharma spoken by the Pure Land Master.
(2) From "from what you enjoy" to "not wanting to think" to express that Bodhisattvas in that land travel equally to the Buddha lands of the ten directions, and do not attach to what you enjoy. If you travel to the Pure Country, you will not have any love or pleasure. He will never be disgusted with the filthy land.'There is no hope or desire to think'.According to the "Diamond Samadhi Sutra", "There are many ways to enter the path, and there are two ways to go: one is to enter the principle.Enter the second line.'There are four things when you enter the process, the third is the mind of not seeking anything.People in the world are confused and greedy everywhere, and they are famous for their pursuit.A wise person can realize the truth, be at ease and do nothing, everything is empty, and there is nothing to seek. This is true and no seek, and he will follow the way, so it is called doing nothing to seek.'From the above, we can see that there is no desire to think, that is, there is no desire to do.'Everyone who wants to think' is not that there is no desire or that.If a law does not exist, it means that there is no seeking. There is no hope, it is nothing to do.All seeking is to avoid doing nothing.Only by not attaching to action and not being able to do nothing can one comprehend the middle way.(This is for reason.) The above is to understand the wonderful virtues of Bodhisattvas who travel to the land equally in that land.
(3) Understand the virtue of equality in saving life. The Bodhisattvas in that land have great compassion and wish to benefit all sentient beings. Therefore, they do not care about relatives, alienation, grievances, and no distinction between self and self, and there is no thought of disobedience. They treat them as one son and save them equally. Therefore, the sutra says: "There is no thought of me disobeying my grudges, why? Those Bodhisattvas have great compassion and benefits to all sentient beings.'
The following few verses emphasize the virtues of self and others and equality, and the preaching of the Dharma is always inseparable from the preaching of life. But the preaching cannot be free from self-awareness, so the following says: "Give up all attachments and achieve infinite merits, and use unobstructed wisdom to understand the Dharma as if it is.'The practice of self-interest is perfect. These four sentences are based on abandoning and attachment, so they are actually the key to entering the Tao.The World Honored One saw the stars and realized his original mind. The first sentence said: All sentient beings possess the wisdom and virtues of the Tathagata, but they cannot be realized by delusions and attachments. Therefore, we know that by abandoning delusions and attachments, the wisdom and virtue of the Tathagata are now. Therefore, the sutra continues to say, "achieving immeasurable merits."'Unhin-resistant wisdom' refers to the Buddha's wisdom that is harmonious and conscious."Wei Translation" is written as "Unhindered Wisdom".The Great Collection of Sutras says: "Wisdom without hindrance and no boundaries, and understands all living beings in the three worlds."'Also the "Lotus Sutra's Transformation City Metaphor" says: 'The Tathagata has no hindrance of wisdom, knowing that the Buddha's destruction and the Bodhisattvas of the Shravakas will be like seeing the destruction of the present.''The solution is so good'."Jingying Shu" says: "The explanation of the Dharma is Ruru, which is its understanding.......Empty and the same is called "Ru".Understanding that all things are like this is called understanding.'Ruru is one of the five methods mentioned in the Lankavatara Sutra. The principle of Dharma nature is equal, so it is called "Such".Both of them are like this, so it is called "Ru" and "Ru".This is the principle of truth that is understood by righteous wisdom. In addition, "Mahayana Chapter 3" says: "Talking about Ruru is the principle that the previous wisdom complies with. All dharmas are the same, so they are called "So".Just like in the middle, the body is the Dharma of the Sand Realm.According to the law, the meaning is not the same, and they are both the same, so they are called Ruru.'The Huishu also says: 'Ru is neither the same nor the same, neither empty nor the existence of the meaning. It is precisely the ultimate truth of the middle way.'To sum up the two things: 'Everyone is the same'.Since it is 'like', so 'is not different'.It is also said 'each', so 'unlike'.Therefore, it is said that "justice is not one"."A good person who knows that the sound of the accumulation is convenient for the sound of the accumulation." "Hui Shu" says: "Learning (that is, the accumulation) is the truth of the accumulation, and the mind is also painful.Destruction means the truth of extinction, which contains the words of the Tao.Cause and effect are related, so the teachings of the Four Noble Truths are the convenience of sound.'This commentary uses 'accumulation and extinction' that is the two truths of suffering, accumulation, extinction and path among the Four Truths of suffering, accumulation, extinction and path. Therefore, it is said that concentration has been suffering and suffering, and extinction also contains the Tao.Now, when talking about accumulation and extinction, it represents the Four Noble Truths. Also, because the cause enters the sea of fruit, the result is the source of the cause, and the cause and effect are related.Small, big and small, and are both round and return to the same method of mutual generation. Therefore, the teachings of the Four Noble Truths are said to be convenient, which is called "Speech of Sound".In addition, "Jingying Shu" says: "Good knowledge (that is, collection) and so on are the teachings and explanations.Practicing good teachings is called practicing sounds. The teaching of destroying evil is called destroying sound.Bodhisattvas can understand all this well, so they are called good knowledge. In this way, one knows cleverly, so it is called convenience.'Also, "Jiaxiang Commentary" says: "A good person is familiar with the sound of extinction, and the words are clear and unobstructed.'These statements may be compared to the same.At the end of this paragraph, those who say, "Don't like worldly words, and enjoy the right theory." "Hui Shu" says: "It is clear that his mistakes are not the useless theory in the world, and they are dedicated to the ultimate meaning of the Mahayana after being born.'The ultimate truth of the ultimate truth is called 'correct theory'.
Know that all dharmas are empty and silent. The troubles of the birth body are gone, and both of them are gone.Practice equally and diligently in the three realms. The ultimate One Vehicle, as for the other shore.Decisively, there is no gain in evidence.Use wisdom to facilitate and increase knowledge.Since the beginning, we have settled the supernatural powers. If one obtains the One Vehicle, one cannot help but realize it.
3. The Bodhisattva of Pure Land is perfect in virtue.
‘Those who know that all dharmas are empty and silent, the Vimalakirti Sutra says: "All dharmas are completely empty, which means emptiness."'Also "The Mahayana Chapter 2" says: 'Empty means that the truth reveals the name, and the truth is quiet and the name is empty.'Also, "Huisu" says: "Prajna's wonderful wisdom realizes the equality of nirvana, so it is said that all dharmas are all nirvana (the "Wei Translation" is called nirvana).'Also, "The Collection of All Good Deeds" says: 'The teachings are clear about emptiness because they cannot be obtained, and they have no real nature. It is constantly nothing.'To sum up the above citation, in short: The Bodhisattva of Pure Land uses the wonderful wisdom of Prajna to understand that all dharmas are completely nothing, cannot be obtained, and equal and empty. But you should know that everything is empty, not extinction. This emptiness and silence is the actual principle, not the cessation of emptiness, but the ultimate meaning of emptiness, which is the constant non-existence.In this way, it is said that "know that all dharmas are empty and silent."'The troubles of the birth body are all gone'.'Birth of Body'.It can refer to the body of segmented life and death, and the body of changing life and death.(This refers to the body of the Bodhisattva's transformation into life and death.) There are one more than two people born.'Two more' are the remnants of suffering and troubles in the body. The birth of the body is the result of bitterness, and troubles are the cause of delusion. Both of these two are called "all the two are gone".As the "Huisu" says: "The birth of the body is the result of suffering based on the body, and it is the truth of suffering.Delusions such as afflictions, views and thoughts are the truth of origin."Two more" means that the suffering is accumulated and the remaining remains.Bodhisattvas can eliminate righteous envoys and use habits to have no remaining remnants.
‘The ultimate one factor'.The 'One Vehicle' is the only ultimate way to become a Buddha and the most ultimate teaching method. The ride is a car to ride to illustrate the teachings of the Buddha. The teachings can carry the man to ascend to the other shore of Nirvana, so they are called vehicle."The Cave of Victory Garland" says: "One vehicle is the ultimate way, so it is called one.Use freedom and the eyes are used as a vehicular.'The Sutra of Sutra also says: 'One vehicle is the first vehicle.'Also Jingxing said: 'One vehicle is that although there are three wisdoms, there are no two at all, so it is called the One Vehicle.'The Lotus Sutra focuses on the principle of the One Vehicle. The Sutra "Expression Chapter" says: 'In the ten directions of Buddha lands, there is only one Vehicle, and there are no two or three, and the Buddha's convenience is not explained.'It is also said: 'Only this fact, the other two are not true.'Also "Jingying Shu" says: 'Chi is the use of action. If you can move, you can achieve success, so it is called "Chi".If you multiply with transformation, it is actually different, so it is said that one is one.In this one vehicle, the ultimate name is.'According to this remark, exhausting the principles of this Buddha Vehicle, it is called the "ultimate vehicle".The great Bodhisattvas of the Pure Land Bliss have great sorrow and deep sorrow. Although they live in Pure Land, they are still showing their mercy on sentient beings, so they still show themselves in the life and death of the three realms.Stay in equal wisdom and practice diligently. Therefore, the sutra says, "In the three realms, practice equally and diligently."After ultimately realizing the principle of realizing the One Vehicle, you can reach the other shore of Nirvana. Therefore, it is said that 'as for the other shore'."Hui Shu" says: "The other shore is the wonderful fruit of Nirvana.'The "Jingying Shu" says: 'As for the other shore, Nirvana's fruit is at its peak.'The ultimate fruit of Nirvana refers to the ultimate fruit of Nirvana, that is, the supreme fruit awakening, and ultimately becoming a Buddha.
‘Decision and doubt network', there is a different explanation."Jingying Commentary" says: "Eliminating falsehoods and revealing truth is called "removing doubts".'The "Huisu" is the same. The commentary says: 'Eliminate the net of doubt, wisdom and wisdom (same wisdom) will arise.'Their meanings are biased towards self-doubt.But the "Jiaxiang Commentary" says: "Those who decide to break the doubts can eliminate the doubts of sentient beings."'Although the two are different, they are not contrary.Because those who can eliminate doubts of sentient beings will undoubtedly be the first to be self-doubted.Since oneself has eliminated the doubt network, true wisdom will arise and will surely develop great things, allowing all sentient beings to eliminate doubts and realize the truth. Therefore, knowing that the scriptures and texts actually have both meanings.
‘There is nothing to gain.'Nothing gain' also says 'nothing' is empty wisdom, which means no discrimination wisdom. The truth of the body without form, the mind has no attachment and no distinction, which is called "no gain".The Heart Sutra says: "No wisdom nor gain."'The "Wisdom of Wisdom" says: 'In the true nature of all dharmas, the decisive appearance cannot be obtained, and there is no name for nothing to be obtained.'The Nirvana Sutra also says: 'Those who have nothing to gain are called wisdom. Those who gain something are called ignorance.'Also said:'Those who gain something are called the wheel of life and death. All ordinary people have seen something when they reincarnate and die.Bodhisattvas forever eliminate all life and death, so the Bodhisattvas are called "nothing to gain".'The saying of "Nirvana" is the ultimate meaning. Also, those who have "verified nothing to gain" say, "The Commentary of the King of Ren Liang Ben" says: "The mind that has nothing to gain is no discriminatory wisdom."'Also "Vimala Huiyuan Shu" says: 'The Bodhisattva breaks away his emotions and reaches a place where there is no gain, and his name is nothing to gain.'Now it is said that "to attain nothing is gained" means to reach the place where there is no gain.
‘To facilitate wisdom'.Convenient wisdom, also known as power wisdom, is the wisdom of expedient Dharma, and is also the wisdom of expedient practice. The wisdom of power is opposite to the wisdom of reality. To understand the true nature of all dharmas is called the true wisdom of the Tathagata.Understanding the differences among the various things is the power and wisdom of the Tathagata. As in "The Mahayana Chapter 19" says: "Knowing the true law of the One Vehicle is called real wisdom, and understanding the true law of the Three Vehicles is called convenient wisdom.'Also wise, the body is the body. The wise and powerful are used. The essence of the Tathagata becoming a Buddha lies in real wisdom. The wonderful use of education for a generation is in power and wisdom. In addition, the Tantric Buddhism regards the Lotus Platform of the Heart of the Cangdala (i.e., the Lotus Division) as the real wisdom, and the eight leaves (petals) open and apply to the power wisdom. The Great Sun Sutra 2 says: "There are very rare Buddhas, and their power and wisdom are inconceivable."'Therefore, it is also incredible to know that convenient wisdom is also incredible. The wonderful use of saving birth and the method of power transformation is entirely based on this wisdom. Also, we can seek power wisdom from real wisdom, that is, we can achieve different wisdom from fundamental wisdom. Therefore, it is said that 'growing knowledge'.The lotus petals are full of application, which can be used to grow, and the lotus petals are used to understand. The eight petals of the heart lotus are used to show the meaning of "growing knowledge".The lotus leaves are opened and applied to the lotus platform appears, which shows the enlightenment of convenience and wisdom, and fully reveals the source of the mind.He also survives life and does not leave his supernatural powers. However, all the supernatural powers will naturally abide from the original state, not from the outside, as the "Perfect Enlightenment Sutra" says, "It was originally a Buddha."Therefore, it is said that 'From the original, we have settled the supernatural powers'.
Both power and reality are clear, and the supernatural powers are naturally at peace. The wonderful virtues and merits are perfectly entered into the reality, and they have attained nothing to gain. Because there is nothing to gain, they have "obtained the One Vehicle Path".One vehicle is one Buddha vehicle. Therefore, those who attain the One Vehicle path are the Buddhahood that fully realizes the ultimate enlightenment.'If you cannot understand it by others', the Tang Translation says: 'If you have attained the One Vehicle, you will have no doubts, and you will understand it by others' knowledge of Buddhist teachings.'As for the "Wei Translation" written in "Wei" 'With the Heart', the explanation of "Jingying Shu" says: 'In the true interpretation, it is called "The Heart of Wisdom comes from."'It means that true enlightenment comes from one's own heart, which is called 'wisdom comes from the heart'.I also look at the Western "Commentary on the Sutra of Amitabha Sutra" and say: "After the doubt network is broken, the actual reason is unexpectedly proved. If he can attain wisdom, he cannot be born from others, and must be born from his mind.'It means that you will be able to eliminate doubts forever, you will be enlightened clearly, and you will suddenly realize the truth and obtain the One Vehicle. The wisdom of being able to attain this One Vehicle must come from one's own mind and never be born from another place."Hui Shu" says: "Eliminate the doubt network, and wisdom will arise. Those who are from the heart will naturally wisdom without a teacher, but they cannot understand it by others.'It means that the wisdom born is the wisdom of no teacher and the wisdom of nature.Since you have no teacher’s wisdom, you will not get it from others. If it is natural wisdom, it cannot be born from others. Therefore, it is said that "wisdom comes from the heart" and "it cannot be understood by others."The above three commentaries can be compared with each other. In summary, one will be able to realize the truth clearly and realize it.The wisdom of the wisdom without teachers, the wisdom of nature, etc., will appear brightly.Enlightenment is achieved through one's own heart, not from outside. Those who enter the door are not treasures. The Sixth Patriarch Huineng said: "The secret is by your side."'Therefore, we know that the secret treasures of all Buddhas are originally complete. When enlightenment comes, one will show it clearly and will not obtain it from others. Therefore, it is said: "After achieving the One Vehicle, one cannot realize it from others."'
