I won’t talk about the other four sects for the time being.

It's the topic.Studying the saying "Who is chanting Buddha's name?" is called meditation.In fact, it is also a delusion to talk about koans.It is just a way to use delusion to control delusions and fight poison with poison, and use one delusion to eliminate multiple delusions.The skill of learning to learn from koans requires a long time to achieve something.The so-called "long-term meditation leads to Zen".

If you reach the highest peak, you will not have any thoughts.If you don’t have a thought, you will be enlightened.The so-called "a hundred-foot pole head, go further." Go forward one step further on the head of a hundred-foot pole head, and then the whole body appears in the ten directions.However, this method must be effective in reciting the method in the name of the method. You cannot relax or be negligent.
In the Song of Achievement, it says:
Suddenly awakens, Tathagata Zen,Six degreesThe whole body is round;
There are clearly six interests in the dream, but after realizing it, there is nothing.
Just immediatelyconsciousnessOne principle, the so-called "reason can be enlightened suddenly, but things must be gradually cultivated."We must practice step by step in "things", and understand immediately in "reason".When you are enlightened, you know where the well is and you can get water; when you are enlightened, you often listen to the wheels. (Tools for drawing water )It sounds, but I don’t know where the well is.This metaphor shows where the Buddha nature comes from? How can it beProveBuddha nature? There is no different method of realizing Buddha nature. The only way is to meditate and meditate.
The six paramitas are BodhisattvasPracticeThe method ofGiveTo overcome stinginess, to keep precepts and to destroy violations, tolerate humiliation and anger, to diligence and slackness, to meditation and to overcome distraction,wisdomTo overcome ignorance.Only by perfecting these six paramitas can enlightenment be achieved.
We are all dreaming, so-called:
Life is a dream, life is a dream;
I am honored and noble in my dream, but I wake up in my poor hometown.
Every day is dreaming, but I don’t realize that I dream of yellow and yellow;
If you don’t realize it in a dream, you will be in vain.
There are six interesting things in dreams (Heaven, man, Shura, beast,Hungry ghost、hell ),After enlightenment, the three thousand great worlds will also disappear.Why? Because there is no persistence.Without attachment, and returning everything back to its original state, how can one have the appearance of self? Human appearance?All living beingsThere is nothing left in the face of the longevity.Some people dare not practice when they hear that these four aspects are gone.If you mistakenly recognize that you have reached the extreme, you will have no people, no sentient beings, and no longer have people. What should you do? Then, you will have no jobs and become unemployed people.
Do you have to have a job? Then continue to be confused! When you reach the state of no four aspects, you can sweep away all dharmas, get rid of all dharmas, and realize the truth of the true dharmas.As the saying goes, "If one law does not exist, all laws will be empty.""It's not that I understand this truth, but that I want to truly realize this state where one law does not establish and all things are empty. At that time, there will be no suffering, but only all happiness will be suffered.
In the world, we are either attached to fame or to profit, or to wealth, or to color.So I can't see through and let go.I want to see through it, I want to let go, but I can't bear to leave it.Why can't I bear to let go? Because there are fine ghosts and clever insects who are causing trouble, I missed many things in person, missed them, and I didn't know Guanyin on the other side.Guanyin Bodhisattva is right opposite us, and we still have to look for it everywhere, which is dominated by inverted delusions.
The "similarity" of Zen is to observe.What to watch?ObservationPrajna。I teach you that the chant is in the chant, not the chant.If you are there, you can meditate and meditate and practice hard.If you are not here, have delusions and think about it.Then be in the meditation hall, and your heart goes to New York to visit or travel to Italy.Go everywhereclimb,So I feel uncomfortable.
Avalokitesvara is a Bodhisattva; avalokitesvara are uneasy, an ordinary person.Avalokitesvara is heaven; avalokitesvara is hell.Only if you have Avalokitesvara and your mind has not escaped can you practice the deep Prajna Paramita.When this body is meditating, it continues to meditate continuously and continuously.This is to practice deep Prajna and find wisdom.Only by gaining great wisdom can we reach the other shore.
The secret to Zen practice is "thinking in the morning and thinking in the evening."What do you think? Think about "Who is reciting the Buddha's name?" I will also learn today and tomorrow. When I practice deep Prajna Paramita in the meditation hall every day, I will not be able to taste the taste of Zen in a short period of time.It takes a long time to do so.Only by practicing the deep Prajna Paramita can you see itFive aggregatesAll are empty.
The five aggregates, also known as the five aggregates.Yun means gathering, and Yin means covering.Why can’t we get freedom? It’s because we are covered by the five aggregates.The five aggregates are form, feeling, thought, action, and consciousness.
(one )Form aggregate: If there are obstacles, it is color, and if there are physical forms, it is color.The form aggregate is not empty. When you see the form is confused by the form dust, you smell the sound is confused by the sound dust, you smell the fragrance is confused by the fragrance dust, you taste the taste is confused by the taste dust, and you touch the sense is confused by the awareness dust.If the form aggregate is empty, it means that there is no mind inside, no form outside, and no object far away.
Color, there are various colors, which can make you dazzle, not understand clearly, be confused, like a blind man.In the Tao Te Ching, it is said: "The five colors make people blind, the five sounds make people deaf, and the five flavors make people feel refreshed."These realms are all attached to the form aggregate.If we can break the form aggregate, the mountains, rivers, land, houses, corridors and houses will be empty, then there will be no such trouble.
Therefore, if the form aggregate is not empty, it will be attached to the form. If it is colored, the delusion of seeing cannot be resolved.The confusion of seeing means "arise of greed and love in the object".Realm is color. When a greed and love arise towards the realm, you become attached.There are eighty-eight levels of delusion in the view. If you eliminate them all, you will attain the first fruit of Arhat.We practitioners must first eliminate the 88-level confusion of the three realms.Then, then eliminate the confusion of thoughts in the eighty-one grades of the Three Realms.Confusion in thinking means "discrimination of the truth", which means not having a clear understanding of all the truths.If you eliminate all the eighty-one-level thoughts in the three realms, you will attain the fourth fruit Arhat.
(two )Shuiyun: means receiving.When the state comes, you accept it without considering it, and feel comfortable.For example, if you eat a good thing and feel comfortable, this is the feeling.It feels very comfortable to wear a good dress, and this is the feeling.Living in a good house, I feel very beautiful, this is what I feel.It feels very comfortable to ride a good car, and this is the feeling.Even if everything that the body accepts and feels good, this is the feeling.
(three )Illusion: It means thought.Because the five senses have received the state of the five dusts, they have all kinds of delusions and thoughts.It's rising and falling, and it plays a role, thinking about sex and feeling.
(Four )Xingyun: means migration.Come and go, come and go, never stop, flowing endlessly.The motivation for doing good and evil is dominated by the false mind and reflected in the behavior of the body and mouth.
(five )Consciousness: means distinction.When the state comes, a discriminatory mind arises.For example: Seeing beauty,joyHeart; the difference between hearing bad voices, hating heart, etc.
If the five aggregates can be broken, we can overcome all sufferings, that is, there will be no disasters.Why do we have disasters? It is because of the attachment to self and attachment to Dharma, and the attachment to both attachments are not empty.
《"The Five Aggregations of the Clouds come and go, and the Three Poisons Blossoms appear and disappear."The five aggregates have no self-nature, just like floating clouds in the air, naturally exist and naturally without.If you don’t understand this principle, you will be covered by the five aggregates, you will not be free and you will not be liberated.When we practice Taoism, we break the five aggregates, like a cloud, coming and going; when we go, we don’t need to pay attention to it or be attached to it.Greed, anger and ignorance are like bubbles in water. They have no substance in their original nature. They are born and destroyed by themselves. If they are not attached, they will disappear.
In "The Song of Master Yongjia's Enlightenment" it also says:
To prove the truth, no one's law will destroy Avici karma in an instant;
If you lie to all living beings, you will be able to pull out your tongue and dust.
The truth means formlessness, everything is formless, that is, sweep away all dharmas and free from all forms.It can be said that it will return to the original state and realize the purity of self-nature.When you reach this state, no one can, nor can you, both human and law will perish.There is no one to hold on to it, nor to hold on to the Dharma, which will attain the truth of reality.In an instant, all the sins of the Avici Hell that have been committed for countless kalpas can be eliminated.Master Yongjia said: "If I use lies to deceive sentient beings, I will be willing to go to the hell of tongue pulling out and suffer as much as the disaster of dust and sand.”
In the meditation hall, we must practice in a real way, just like we draw cocoons and silk. We must have patience and draw silk bit by bit to avoid chaos.You should not be smart enough to find shortcuts and use scientific methods to enlightenment. That is delusion.If science could be enlightened, those scientists would not have been enlightened long ago and would not have your own score.Don’t be whimsical, but you should just follow the steps to study “Who is reciting Buddha’s name”! You should be patient with your waist soreness, and your legs soreness. If you are patient, you will naturally become enlightened.The so-called: "Without a cold, how can you get the fragrance of plum blossoms?"
Please be careful! Don’t be smart but just be fooled by cleverness.You must know that if you work hard, you will have some skill. Practicing the real skill is not a catchphrase, and being able to say but not do it is useless.Not only does it not help enlightenment, it becomes an obstacle.So, it is said: "Don't speak, it is Zen.”
A thought of spiritual light can shine through heaven and earth, and is no different from all Buddhas in the ten directions and three times.Why can't we realize the Buddha's three bodies, four wisdoms, five eyes, and six powers? Because we ordinary people have too many delusions, we cover our wisdom without light and become ignorance.If you have confusion and karma all day long, you will suffer the suffering of life and death.
The three bodies are Dharma body, reward body, and response (change )body.The four wisdoms are the wisdom of accomplishment, the wisdom of wonderful observation, the wisdom of equality, and the wisdom of great mirror.Five eyes are the heavenly eyes and the naked eyes (Inhuman eyes )、Dharma eyes, wisdom eyes, Buddha eyes.The six powers are the ability to understand the heavenly eyes, the heavenly ears, the other mind, the fate, the magical foot, and the entire leakage.If you do not have all delusions, you can attain these states.This is not a mysterious theory, but a natural phenomenon, obtained from practical skills, and it is not surprising at all. This is a common thing.
Since the beginning of time, we have been overwhelmed by ignorance and cannot meet the guidance of good teachers. We do not know what it means to understand the mind and see the nature. (Understand your own mind and see your true nature )?What is return to the original (Recover the boy's body )?When we are practicing Zen, we must understand our mind and see our nature, and we must return to our original state.Get liberation, you will be free from worries and obstacles, stay away from inverted dreams, and get the ultimateNirvana。
